Conventionally, in image signal transmission systems such as facsimile, in receiving devices that require receiving recording paper, the original size of the image signal sent from the transmitting device is B5, A4, B4, or computer paper.
There are many types such as A3. Therefore, in order to record the received signal according to the size of the original to be sent on the receiver side, it is necessary to prepare several types of recording paper of different sizes in advance, set only one type that matches the size of the original to be sent, and record the received signal according to the size of the original to be sent. It was necessary to perform recording by changing the size of the recording paper each time it was received. It is troublesome to change the documents according to the size of the transmitted document, and the communication method for this purpose is also complicated.
