う問題点がある。Conventional configuration and its problems In general, in color picture tube cathode ray tubes,
A ring-shaped getter is attached coaxially to the tip of the electron gun via a plurality of ribbon-shaped metal pieces.
For this reason, the getter can be supported relatively stably, but an induced current due to the deflection magnetic field may flow in the closed circuit formed by the getter, the metal piece, and the electron gun. If this occurs, image distortion and misconvergence may occur. Furthermore, if a long metal piece extending along the inner surface of the funnel portion of the glass bulb is attached to the tip of the electron gun, and a ring-shaped getter is attached to the tip of this metal piece, the above-mentioned problem may occur. On the other hand, it became difficult to provide seismic support for Getsuta.
Moreover, during the assembly process in which the electron gun is inserted into the neck portion of the glass bulb, there is a problem in that the conductive film on the inner surface of the glass bulb is likely to be damaged or partially fall off.

This protrusion has a quadrangular pyramid-shaped nipple part whose diameter increases as it goes toward the tip, and the getter supporting metal plate has tongue-like parts on both ends elastically contacting the conductive film on the inner surface of the funnel part. A first square hole portion and a second square hole portion connected to the square hole portion and having a size that allows the nipple portion to be inserted are provided, and the nipple portion is fitted into the first square hole portion. It is combined.

The getter supporting metal plate 4 is engaged with the nipple portion 5 of the protrusion 3. The getter supporting metal plate 4 has a ring-shaped getter 6 fixed to it,
It has tongue-shaped portions 7 and 8 on both end edges. The tongue portions 7 and 8 are in elastic contact with a conductive film 9 made of graphite provided on the inner surface of the funnel portion 1.

It fits into the first square hole portion 11 of the double square hole 10 of the getter support metal plate 4. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, the double square hole 10 has a first square hole portion 11 and a diameter slightly larger than the maximum diameter of the nipple portion 5, that is, a size that allows the nipple portion 5 to be inserted. These square hole portions 11 and 12 are provided on the getter supporting metal plate 4. In the fitting, the nipple part 5 is first inserted into the second square hole part 12 of the double square hole 10, and then the nipple part 5 is inserted into the first square hole part 11.
It is obtained by transferring to.

Moreover, the getter supporting metal plate 4 not only makes good electrical connection between the anode button terminal 2 and the conductive film 9, but also the quadrangular pyramid-shaped nipple portion 5 connects to the square hole portion 11 of the double square hole 10. Because they are fitted, the getter supporting metal plate 4 and the getter 6 will not be biased even if an external impact is applied during transportation, etc., and the metal plate 4 will rotate around the nipple part 5. There is no fear of the conductive film 9 being scratched or partially falling off due to movement.

The getter can be stably supported together with the plate, and the metal plate can provide a good electrical connection between the anode button terminal and the conductive film, preventing scratches on the conductive film due to rotation of the getter supporting metal plate. , there is no fear of partial dropout.
