2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in a heating cooker such as an electric oven, a gas oven or a microwave oven with an electric heating device, when an object to be heated stored in a heating chamber is heated and browned, the object to be heated is placed on a saucer. There are two types, one is placed and heating is performed with the saucer fixed, and the other is that the saucer is rotatable and heated.

Particularly, in the case of performing high frequency heating, in many cases, the saucer is rotatable in order to uniformly perform high frequency heating, and in many cases, the saucer is also rotatable during heating by an electric heating device. In this case, for example, since the electric heating device for browning the bread is often provided at a position slightly off the center of the plane of the heating chamber, when two breads are placed on the saucer for heating. In the case where the saucer is fixed, the portion near the electric heating device is quickly browned, and the portion far from the electric heating device is hard to be browned, so that uniform cooking cannot be performed.

Further, in the case where the saucer is rotated and cooked, the two breads alternately pass in the vicinity of the electric heating device, so that the cooked food can be uniformly browned and excellently cooked.

However, in the case where the saucer is rotated and cooking is performed as described above, when a plurality of objects to be heated having different heating times are simultaneously heated, for example, an egg and a bread to be cheerfully divided are used. When cooking with heat from an electric heating device (electric heater), if cooking is done while rotating the saucer, eggs and bread will alternately pass near the heating device, and heat will be evenly transmitted to both. Therefore, the bread is heated faster and gets browner more quickly, and the bread is cooked earlier than the eggs, but the eggs remain unheated, so objects to be heated with different heating times should be used. It was not possible to cook at the same time.

On the other hand, when cooking with the electric heaters 3 and 6, for example, when simultaneously cooking with one loaf of bread 17 and eggs 19 divided in the container 18, the saucer 8
When the container 18 containing the bread 17 and the egg 19 is placed on the container as shown in FIG. 4 and heating is started at the same time, the bread 17 is cooked faster than the egg 19. And so that the eggs 19 are heated by a larger amount of heat than the bread 17, and when the eggs 19 are cooked to a certain extent, the saucer 8 is rotated to end the cooking at the same time.

In order to detect the position of the egg 19 and position the egg 19 in the vicinity of the electric heaters 3 and 6, the light receiving element 11 is arranged in the vicinity of the electric heater 3 and the light receiving element 11 is arranged. Then, the illuminance of visible light reflected by the egg 19 is detected to detect the position of the egg 19. That is, bread 17
Is higher than the illuminance of visible light reflected by the bread 17 when the egg 19 passes through the back side of the heating chamber 1 (near the electric heaters 3 and 6). The illuminance of visible light reflected by the egg 19 becomes darker. This is because the white portion of the egg 19 is transparent when the egg 19 is not cooked, and the visible light reflected on the surface of the egg 19 is small. Therefore, the illuminance of the reflected visible light is reduced. By detecting, the bread 17 and the egg 19 can be discriminated.

FIG. 6 shows a circuit in which cadmium sulfide CdS, which is a photoconductive element having a smaller resistance value as the illuminance received is brighter, is used as the above-mentioned light receiving element 11.
This circuit has a resistor R1 and the other end of CdS11 whose one end is grounded.
Are connected in series, and the voltage Vc is applied to the other end of the resistor R1. The other end of the CdS 11 is connected to the input port An of the control unit 12 (the interface 13 is omitted) via the filter 18 including the resistor R2 and the capacitor C2. Therefore, if the resistance value Rc of the CdS 11 decreases, the input voltage to the control unit 12 decreases accordingly.

FIG. 7 is a voltage characteristic diagram showing a change in the input voltage to the control unit 12 when the bread 17 and the eggs 19 are placed on the saucer 8 and the saucer 8 is rotated. During rotation, this input voltage undergoes a change indicating a voltage value A and a voltage value B. Then, the drive motor 9 for rotating the tray 8
By using a synchronous motor as the above, the number of revolutions can be determined in synchronization with the power supply frequency, and the time required to rotate the tray 8 once can be made constant.

That is, the above voltage value A indicates when the bread 17 has passed near the electric heaters 3 and 6, and a voltage value B higher than this voltage value A indicates that the egg 19 is near the electric heaters 3 and 6. When passing, the egg 19 can be stopped at a position near the electric heaters 3 and 6 by stopping the drive motor 9 after a fixed time from when the voltage value B is shown.

As described above, when the bread 17 and the egg 19 are heated and cooked at the same time, the pan 8 is first rotated once and the input voltage (detection signal) from the light receiving element (CdS) 11 to the controller 12 is applied. The position of the egg 19 is detected, and the drive motor 9 is stopped after a certain period of time from when the input voltage shows the voltage value B, so that the egg 19 is automatically heated by the electric heater 3.
And, the egg 19 is stopped at a position near 6 and 6, and the egg 19 is given more heat than the bread 17 to cook.

Then, as the cooking progresses and the white portion of the egg 19 solidifies, the illuminance of visible light reflected from the surface of the egg 19 gradually increases and the input voltage to the input port of the control unit 12 gradually increases. Is getting lower. When the input voltage reaches a predetermined value, the pan 8 is rotated again so that the loaf 17 and the egg 19 alternately pass near the electric heaters 3 and 6, so that the loaf 17 and the egg 19 are simultaneously made good. Cook to finish.

In the above embodiment, the light source 4 is connected to the ceiling 2 of the heating chamber 1.
Although it may be provided on the bottom plate 5 of the heating chamber 1 as shown in FIG. 8, when the light source 4 is provided on the bottom plate 5, the detection result of the light receiving element 11 shows that the receiving tray 8 has a mesh shape. Since it is formed, as shown in FIG. 9, since the visible light is blocked by the loaf bread 17 and the container 18, the portion where the loaf bread 17 and the container 18 in which the egg 19 is placed is located is not received and remains OFF. Visible light is blocked by the mesh-shaped tray 8 so that the portion where the bread 17 and the container 18 are not located is repeatedly turned on and off. Therefore, when the bread 17 and the container 18 are placed on the tray 8, FIG. It becomes a signal like
When the bread 17 is passing over the light source 4, it is turned off during the time Ta, and when the container 18 is passing over the light source 4, it is turned off during the time Tb. Since it is smaller, the time Tb is shorter than the time Ta, and it is possible to discriminate between the loaf 17 and the container 18 based on this time, and the rotation of the tray 8 is controlled based on this determination result to perform heating and cooking.

In the above embodiment, the bread 17 and the egg 19 are also used.
When the and are simultaneously heated, the bread 17 and the egg 19 are distinguished from each other, and the egg 19 is heated by the electric heaters 3 and 6 at the beginning of cooking.
The egg 19 is cooked faster than the bread 17 in the vicinity of the pan 17, but the pan 8 and the egg 19 are detected by the light receiving element 11 while the pan 8 is constantly rotated. Alternatively, when the bread 17 is cooked in a good state, the user may be informed of that fact, and the user may take out the bread 17 from the heating chamber 1 and then continue to cook the eggs 19.
