2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in a heating cooker such as an electric oven, a gas oven, and a microwave oven with an electric heating device, when the object to be heated housed in a heating chamber is heated and browned, the object to be heated is placed on a saucer. In some cases, heating is performed while the pan is fixed and the pan is fixed, and in other cases, the pan is rotatable and heating is performed.

In particular, in the case of performing high-frequency heating, in many cases, the pan is rotatable in order to uniformly perform high-frequency heating, and in many cases, the pan is rotatable even when heating with an electric heating device. In many cases, for example, an electric heating device for browning bread or the like is often provided at a position slightly off the center of the plane of the heating chamber, so when two breads are placed on a saucer and heating is performed. In the case where the pan is fixed, the portion near the electric heating device is browned quickly, and the portion farther away is hardly browned, so that cooking cannot be performed uniformly.

[0006] However, in the case where the cooking is performed by rotating the saucer as described above, when a plurality of objects to be heated with different heating times are simultaneously heated, for example, the eggs and the bread sliced in the container are removed. When cooking by heating with the heat of an electric heating device (electric heater), if the cooking is performed while rotating the saucer, the eggs and the bread pass alternately near the electric heating device, and the heat is uniformly transmitted to both. Therefore, the bread is heated faster and burns faster, and the bread finishes cooking before the egg, but the egg remains unheated. Cooking at the same time was not possible.

On the other hand, when cooking with the electric heaters 3 and 6, for example, when simultaneously cooking one slice of bread 17 and the eggs 19 divided in the container 18,
When the container 18 containing the bread 17 and the eggs 19 is placed as shown in FIG. 4 and heating and cooking are started at the same time, the bread 17 is heated and cooked earlier than the eggs 19. And 6 are heated by the amount of heat more than the bread 17, and when the eggs 19 are cooked to some extent, the pan 8 is rotated to finish the cooking at the same time.

The eggs 19 placed in the container 18 as described above
In order to position the egg 19 near the electric heaters 3 and 6, it is necessary to detect the position of the egg 19 by rotating the tray 8 at least once from the start of heating.

In order to detect the position of the egg 19 and position the egg 19 in the vicinity of the electric heaters 3 and 6, the light receiving element 11 is disposed in the vicinity of the electric heater 3 and the light receiving element 11 Then, the position of the egg 19 is detected by detecting the illuminance of the visible light reflected by the egg 19. That is, bread 17
Is compared with the illuminance of visible light reflected by the bread 17 when passing through the back side of the heating chamber 1 (in the vicinity of the electric heaters 3 and 6). The illuminance of the visible light reflected by the eggs 19 becomes darker. This is because when the egg 19 is not cooked, the white portion of the egg 19 is in a transparent state, so that less visible light is reflected on the surface of the egg 19, and the illuminance of the reflected visible light is reduced. By detecting, the bread 17 and the egg 19 can be discriminated.

FIG. 6 shows a circuit in which cadmium sulfide CdS, which is a photoconductive element whose resistance value decreases as the illuminance received increases, is used as the light receiving element 11 described above.
This circuit is composed of a resistor R1 and the other end of CdS11 having one end grounded.
Are connected in series, and a voltage Vc is applied to the other end of the resistor R1. The other end of the CdS 11 is connected to an input port An of the control unit 12 (the interface 13 is omitted) via a filter 18 including a resistor R2 and a capacitor C2. Therefore, if the resistance value Rc of CdS11 decreases, the input voltage to the control unit 12 also decreases accordingly.

FIG. 7 is a voltage characteristic diagram showing a change in the input voltage to the controller 12 when the bread 17 and the egg 19 are placed on the tray 8 and the tray 8 is rotated. During the rotation, the input voltage changes to indicate a voltage value A and a voltage value B. A drive motor 9 for rotating the tray 8
By using a synchronous motor, the number of rotations can be determined in synchronization with the power supply frequency, and the time required to make the pan 8 rotate once can be constant.

That is, the above voltage value A indicates the time when the bread 17 has passed near the electric heaters 3 and 6, and the voltage value B higher than this voltage value A indicates that the egg 19 has moved near the electric heaters 3 and 6. since shows the time that has passed, it is possible to stop the egg 19 by stopping the drive motor 9 after a predetermined time from when showing the voltage value B in the vicinity of the electric heater 3 and 6.

As described above, when the bread 17 and the egg 19 are cooked simultaneously, the saucer 8 is first rotated once and the input voltage (detection signal) from the light receiving element (CdS) 11 to the control unit 12 is used. The position of the egg 19 is detected, and the drive motor 9 is stopped after a predetermined time from when the input voltage indicates the voltage value B, whereby the egg 19 is automatically turned into the electric heater 3.
Then, the egg 19 is stopped at a position in the vicinity of 6 and the egg 19 is given a larger amount of heat than the bread 17 to cook.

Then, as the cooking proceeds and the white portion of the egg 19 solidifies, the illuminance of the visible light reflected from the surface of the egg 19 gradually increases, and the input voltage to the input port of the controller 12 gradually increases. It is getting lower. When the input voltage reaches a predetermined value, the tray 8 is rotated again so that the bread 17 and the egg 19 alternately pass near the electric heaters 3 and 6, so that the bread 17 and the egg 19 are simultaneously in good condition. Cook to the finished state.

In the above embodiment, the light source 4 is connected to the ceiling 2 of the heating chamber 1.
However, as shown in FIG. 8, the light source 4 may be provided on the bottom plate 5 as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 9, the visible light is blocked by the bread 17 and the container 18 at the portion where the bread 18 and the egg 19 are placed, as shown in FIG. Since the visible light is blocked by the mesh-shaped tray 8 in the portion where the bread 17 and the container 18 are not located, the ON and OFF are repeated. Therefore, when the bread 17 and the container 18 are placed on the tray 8, FIG. It becomes a signal like
When the bread 17 passes over the light source 4, it is turned off for the time Ta, and when the container 18 passes over the light source 4, it is turned off for the time Tb. Since the length is smaller, the time Tb is shorter than the time Ta. Based on this time, the bread 17 or the container 18 can be determined. Based on the determination result, the rotation of the pan 8 is controlled to perform the heating cooking.
