かじめリリーフ弁8により内圧を一定にし、一定圧以上

り余剰空気が排出される。この様にリリーフ弁8を追加
することにより、ゴムパッキン4内の圧力を自動的に一
定にすることが可能となり、第1実施例の時に必要とな
る圧縮空気供給ポンプ側での圧力調整が不要となる。
