[Industrial applications]

The present invention relates to a drip-proof structure for electronic parts.

【0002】[0002]

[Prior art]

Conventionally, various electronic devices are equipped with operation panels for operating the electronic devices.

FIG. 9 is a perspective view showing a fan heater to which this kind of operation panel is attached. As shown in the figure, an operation panel 81 is attached to the upper surface of the fan heater 80.

The operation button 83 is exposed on the surface of the operation panel 81. By pressing the operation button 83, various kinds of electronic parts such as a push button switch attached to the lower side of the operation button 83 are exposed. The fan heater 80 is operated to operate the fan heater 80.

【0005】[0005]

[Problems to be solved by the device]

However, since the conventional operation panel 81 and the operation button 83 of this kind are not provided with a drip-proof mechanism, for example, hot water is spilled from a kettle placed above the fan heater 80 and the operation panel is operated. In the case where it hits 81, the hot water penetrates through the gap between the operation panel 81 and the operation button 83, and the hot water splashes on various electronic parts arranged under the operation panel 81, There is a problem that it may cause malfunction or damage.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned points, and even if the operation panel is splashed with water and enters into the inside through the gap between the operation button and the operation button, the operation panel is still operated. It provides a drip-proof structure for electronic components that does not affect the electronic components placed underneath.

【0007】[0007]

[Means for Solving the Problems]

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a plate-shaped operation panel having a hole penetrating at a predetermined position, and an operation panel arranged below the operation panel and inserted into the hole of the operation panel. An electronic component having a resin-made operating member exposed on the surface of the operation panel is attached, and an outer peripheral side surface of the operating member is projected outward from a hole of the operation panel where the operating member is exposed and A flange is provided on the outer periphery of the wall, and the water is introduced into the collar through the gap between the hole of the operation panel and the operating member to the position where the water is not splashed on the electronic parts and other electronic parts. A drip trough for guiding and draining water or a drainage port was provided to form a drip-proof structure for electronic components.

Further, according to the present invention, there is provided a plate-shaped operation panel having a hole penetrating therethrough at a predetermined position, and the operation panel is disposed below the operation panel and is inserted into the hole of the operation panel above the operation panel. An electronic component having a resin operating member exposed on the surface is attached, and the outer peripheral side surface of the operating member extends outwardly beyond the hole of the operating panel where the operating member is exposed and its outer periphery. The wall is provided with a brim, the brim is provided with a drainage gutter or a drainage port, and the drainage grate or a drainage port is provided below the drainage grate or a receiving tray for receiving water falling from the drainage grate. Is provided to form a drip-proof structure for electronic parts.

【0009】[0009]

[Action]

With the above configuration, even if water is splashed on the operation panel and enters the inside through the gap between the hole of the operation panel and the operation member, the water is received on the brim and drained. It will be drained from the basin or drain.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view showing a drip-proof structure of an electronic component according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view (cross-sectional view taken along the line AA of FIG. 1) of a main part when the drip-proof structure of this electronic component is assembled.

As shown in FIG. 1, in this embodiment, a plate-shaped operation panel 30, a push button switch 40 arranged on the lower surface side of the operation panel 30, and a substrate to which the push button switch 40 is fixed 50 and the operation member 10 attached to the operation rod 43 of the push button switch 40. Each component will be described below.

The operation panel 30 is formed of a plate-shaped synthetic resin plate, and a circular hole 31 is provided at a predetermined position thereof. A cylindrical scar portion 33 is provided downward from the periphery of the hole 31. The operation panel 30 is attached to the same place as the operation panel 81 shown in FIG. 9, for example.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the push button switch 40 has an operation rod 43 protruding from the upper surface of a switch body 41 having a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, and a metal terminal 45 (see FIG. 2) from the lower surface of the switch body 41. (See) is configured to project. The push button switch 40 is fixed to the substrate 50 by soldering the metal terminal 45 to a circuit pattern (not shown) provided on the back surface of the substrate 50. Then, by pressing the operating rod 43 in the direction of arrow B shown in FIG. 1, the switch inside the switch body 41 is turned on and off.

Next, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the operating member 10 includes a main body 11 having a shape of a circular container having a U-shaped cross section, and a collar protruding outward from an outer peripheral side surface of the main body 11. It is composed of 15.

Here, as shown in FIG. 2, a cylindrical projection 12 for mounting the operation rod 43 of the push button switch 40 is projected from the central portion of the lower surface of the main body 11.

Further, the collar 15 is configured so as to project outward from the diameter of the hole 31 of the operation panel 30 and to erect the wall 16 from the outer periphery thereof. Further, a part of the wall 16 is cut out, and a drain gutter 17 is provided in the cut out portion. The opening 18 of the drainage gutter 17 is provided with a tongue piece 19 that extends obliquely downward. The length of the drain gutter 17 is set so that the substrate 50 is not located directly below the opening 18.

In order to assemble the drip-proof structure of this electronic component, as shown in FIG. 2, first, the inner circumference of the cylindrical projection 12 of the operation member 10 is press-fitted into the operation rod 43 of the push button switch 40 fixed to the substrate 50. And integrate both. Next, the main body 11 of the operation member 10 is inserted into the hole 31 from the rear surface side of the operation panel 30 to be exposed on the front surface of the operation panel 30, and in this state, the space between the operation panel 30 and the substrate 50 is not shown. Fix with the fixing member. As a result, the operation member 10, the push button switch 40, the board 50, and the operation panel 30 are integrated, and the assembling work is completed. When the operating member 10 is pressed in the direction of arrow C shown in FIG. 2, the push button switch 40 is turned on / off. The operation panel 30 is attached to the upper surface of an electronic device (for example, a fan heater as shown in FIG. 9).

Next, the operation of this embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. When water is splashed on the upper surface of the operation panel 30 and a water droplet intrudes between the hole 31 of the operation panel 30 and the main body portion 11 of the operation member 10, the water droplet is the skirt portion 33 of the operation panel 30 and the main body of the operation member 10. It passes between the parts 11 and reaches on the brim 15. Then, when a predetermined amount of water accumulates on the brim 15, the water passes through the drain gutter 17 and drops downward from the tongue piece 19 of the opening 18. At this time, since the substrate 50 is not positioned directly under the opening 18, the water that has dropped from the opening 18 does not fall on the substrate 50 and drops downward. That is, even if water enters through the gap between the operation panel 30 and the operation member 10, the water does not reach the push button switch 40 and the substrate 50, and the electronic parts can be reliably waterproofed.

FIG. 3 is a schematic sectional side view showing another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, this embodiment is different from the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 in that the structure of the collar 15 'of the operating member 10' is different, and the operation panel 30 'is tilted obliquely to cause an electronic device. (Not shown).

That is, in this embodiment, the brim 15 ′ of the operating member 10 ′ projects outward from the outer peripheral side surface of the main body 11 ′, and a wall 16 ′ is erected on the entire outer periphery thereof, and the brim 15 ′ is further provided. A drainage port 20 is provided at a predetermined position near the outer periphery of 15 '(a position where the substrate 50' is not located therebelow).

Also in the case of this embodiment, the water droplets that have entered through the gap between the hole 31 'of the operation panel 30' and the main body 11 'of the operation member 10' collect on the collar 15 ', and the collar 15'. It will fall downward from the drainage port 20 installed in the. At this time, since the substrate 50 'is not located directly below the drainage port 20 (in the direction of gravity), the falling water drops will not fall on the substrate 50' or the push button switch 40 '.

The push button switches 40 and 40 ′ shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 may be other electronic parts such as a rotary switch or a rotary variable resistor.

FIG. 4 is a schematic side sectional view showing still another embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the present invention is applied to a slide type switch. As shown in the figure, in the case of this embodiment, the slide type switch 40 "is mounted on the substrate 50", the operating member 10 "is mounted on the operating rod 43", and the main body 11 "is attached to the operating panel 30". It is configured so as to be exposed on the surface of the operation panel 30 ″ from a hole 31 ″ provided in the.

5 is a perspective view showing the operating member 10 ″. As shown in FIG. 5, the operating member 10 ″ includes a rectangular main body portion 11 ″ and an outer peripheral side surface of the main body portion 11 ″. It is composed of a long rectangular flange 15 "extending outward from the wall, and a wall 16" is provided upright on the outer periphery of the flange 15 ". A part of the wall 16" is cut out. The cutout portion is provided with a drainage gutter 17 ". The drainage gutter 17" opening 17 "is also provided with a tongue piece 19" directed obliquely downward. .. The length of the drain gutter 17 ″ is such that the substrate 50 ″ is not located directly below the opening 18 ″ (just below the gravity direction).

According to this structure, even if the operating member 10 ″ is slid to any position in the arrow D direction shown in FIG. 4, the brim 15 ″ is always located under the hole 31 ″ of the operating panel 30 ″. .. Therefore, the water that has entered through the hole 31 ″ of the operation panel 30 ″ is eventually guided to the top of the brim 15 ″, and is drained from the drain gutter 17 ″. Therefore, the water does not splash on the slide switch 40 ″ and the substrate 50 ″.

The slide switch 40 ″ may be another electronic component such as a slide variable resistor.

FIG. 6 is a schematic side sectional view showing still another embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the push button switch 140 is mounted on the substrate 150, the operation member 110 is arranged on the push button switch 140, and the main body 111 of the operation member 110 is opened from the hole 131 provided in the operation panel 130. It is configured to project to the front side. A plurality of these push button switches 140, the operation member 110, and the holes 131 are provided in parallel in the direction perpendicular to the paper surface of FIG. In addition, 133 is a nameplate.

FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing the operation member 110 shown in FIG. As shown in the figure, the plurality of operation members 110 are integrally connected in parallel to the connecting plate 116 by thin plate-shaped hinges 115. Also in this embodiment, the flange 115 is provided so as to project from the outer peripheral side surface of the main body 111, the wall 116 is provided upright from the outer periphery thereof, and the drainage gutter 117 is provided at a predetermined position thereof, and the opening 118 thereof is provided. The tongue piece 119 is provided on the bottom. When the main body portion 111 of the operation member 110 is pressed in the direction of arrow E shown in FIG. 6, the push button switch 140 is turned on / off.

Then, the water that has entered from between the main body portion 111 and the hole 131 of the operation panel 130 falls on the brim 115 and then is discharged from the opening 118 of the drainage gutter 117, as in the above-described embodiments. To be done. Therefore, the water does not splash on the push button switch 140 or the substrate 150.

FIG. 8 is a schematic side sectional view showing still another embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the push button switch 240 is mounted on the substrate 250, the operating member 210 is mounted on the operating rod 243 thereof, and the main body portion 211 of the operating member 210 is opened from the hole 231 provided in the operating panel 230 to the surface thereof. It is exposed to the side. Further, a flange 215 is provided so as to project from the outer peripheral side surface of the main body portion 211, a wall 216 is provided upright on the outer periphery thereof, and a drain port 217 is provided at a predetermined position thereof. In the case of this embodiment, a tray 225 is provided below the drain port 217. With this structure, the water droplets falling from the drain port 217 are received by the tray 225. Therefore, the water does not splash on the push button switch 240 or the substrate 250. With this configuration, the position where the drain port 217 is provided may be right above the substrate 250. That is, this structure is particularly effective when the area of the substrate 250 to which the push button switch 240 is attached is large and it is difficult to prevent the drainage port 217 from coming over it.
