The first stopper 31 may be provided only on the display control device 1. Since the electric appliance cover 22 and the electric appliance base 23 are normally fastened and fixed by a fastening member such as a screw, the positions of the electric appliance cover 22 and the electric appliance base 23 are relatively fixed. When showing accuse device 1 and realizing relatively fixed through first spacing portion 31 and electric appliance body 2, if through unsmooth cooperation structure (first spacing portion 31 is including locating the recess that shows accuse device 1, the border of electric appliance body 2 inserts in this recess), end to support cooperation structure (first spacing portion 31 is including locating the baffle that shows accuse device 1, the baffle supports with the wall of electric appliance body 2 and leans on), bonding etc. realize relatively fixed, then the assembly clearance of electric appliance seat 23, electric appliance lid 22, control seat 14, 13 four intersection of control lid can obtain effectual control.
The first limiting part 31 can also be partially arranged on the electrical appliance body 2, and partially arranged on the display control device 1, so that the electrical appliance body 2 and the display control device 1 are mutually matched, the relative positions of the electrical appliance body 2 and the display control device 1 are reliably fixed, and then the assembly gaps at the intersection of the electrical appliance seat 23, the electrical appliance cover 22, the control seat 14 and the control cover 13 can be effectively controlled.
In one embodiment, further, as shown in fig. 25, the first stopper portion 31 includes a male notch 311 and a female notch 312 that is in male-female fit with the male notch 311. One of the female and male stoppers 312 and 311 is provided on the electric appliance base 23, and the other is provided on the electric appliance cover 22. The male tang 311 is inserted into the female tang 312 in the height direction of the cooking appliance.
Because the cooking appliance is generally placed on a horizontal workbench surface to work, the height direction of the cooking appliance is the vertical direction. The male spigot 311 and the female spigot 312 are in concave-convex fit along the height direction of the cooking appliance, a spigot fit structure extending along the circumferential direction of the appliance base 23 can be formed, the length of the spigot fit structure is long, so that the appliance cover 22 can stably cover the appliance base 23 and cannot randomly shake along the horizontal direction relative to the appliance base 23, and the assembly gap between the appliance base 23 and the appliance cover 22 in the horizontal direction is controlled. Under the action of gravity, the electrical appliance cover 22 is not easy to shake randomly along the vertical direction relative to the electrical appliance base 23, so that the assembly gap between the electrical appliance base 23 and the electrical appliance cover 22 in the vertical direction is controlled to a certain extent.
Meanwhile, the display and control device 1 is used as a module and is clamped between the electric appliance cover 22 and the electric appliance base 23, and when the electric appliance cover 22 and the electric appliance base 23 are relatively fixed, the positions of the control base 14 and the control cover 13 are relatively fixed. Thus, the assembly clearance at the intersection of the electric appliance base 23, the electric appliance cover 22, the control base 14 and the control cover 13 can be effectively controlled. Subsequently, the electrical appliance cover 22 and the electrical appliance base 23 are locked by fasteners such as screws, the display and control device 1 is also clamped between the electrical appliance cover 22 and the electrical appliance base 23, and the assembly gap at the intersection of the electrical appliance base 23, the electrical appliance cover 22, the control base 14 and the control cover 13 can be further reduced. In other words, the assembly gap between the electric appliance base 23 and the electric appliance cover 22 has a large influence on the assembly gap at the intersection of the four parts, and when the assembly gap between the electric appliance base 23 and the electric appliance cover 22 is reliably controlled, the assembly gap at the intersection of the four parts can also be reliably controlled.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 25, the first position-limiting portion 31 includes a locking protrusion 313 and a locking groove 314 engaged with the locking protrusion 313. One of the clamping convex 313 and the clamping groove 314 is arranged on the electric appliance cover 22, and the other is arranged on the electric appliance base 23; the catching protrusion 313 is inserted into the catching groove 314 in a direction perpendicular to the height direction of the cooking appliance.

In this embodiment, the positioning protrusion 141 and the positioning groove 131 cooperate to form a spigot fitting structure, so as to facilitate control of the assembly gap between the control base 14 and the control cover 13.
Further, as shown in fig. 9, one of the control cover 13 and the control seat 14 is provided with at least one first buckle 132, the other is provided with a first buckle hole 143 in clamping fit with the first buckle 132, and the number of the first buckles 132 and the number of the first buckle holes 143 are equal and are in one-to-one correspondence; the first catch 132 and the first catch hole 143 are located outside the appliance body 2.
The first buckle 132 is matched with the first clamping hole 143, so that the control base 14 and the control cover 13 are clamped and fixed, the structure is simple, and the assembly is convenient. In addition, the first buckle 132 and the first buckle hole 143 are located outside the electrical appliance body 2, so that the assembly gap of the portion (i.e., the control part 12) of the display and control device 1 located outside the electrical appliance body 2 can be effectively controlled, and the aesthetic degree of the cooking electrical appliance is improved. Further, the number of the first fasteners 132 is plural, the plural first fasteners 132 are arranged at intervals along the length direction and the width direction of the manipulation part 12, and the number of the first fastening holes 143 is equal to and corresponds to the number of the first fasteners 132.
Further, as shown in fig. 9, one of the control cover 13 and the control base 14 is provided with at least one second buckle 133, and the other is provided with a second buckle hole 144 in snap fit with the second buckle 133, and the second buckle 133 and the second buckle hole 144 are equal in number and are in one-to-one correspondence; the second latch 133 and the second latch hole 144 are located inside the appliance body 2.
The second buckle 133 is matched with the second buckle hole 144, so that the control base 14 and the control cover 13 are clamped and fixed, and the structure is simple and the assembly is convenient. In addition, the second latch 133 and the second latch hole 144 are located inside the electrical appliance body 2, so that the assembly gap of the portion (i.e., the connection portion 11) of the display and control device 1 located inside the electrical appliance body 2 can be effectively controlled.
Further, the number of the second fasteners 133 is plural, the plural second fasteners 133 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the connecting portion 11, and the number of the second fastening holes 144 is equal to and corresponds to the number of the second fasteners 133.
Further, the control seat 14 is provided with a plurality of extending portions 1431 protruding in a direction approaching the control cover 13, as shown in fig. 6, the second engaging holes 144 are provided below the extending portions 1431, and the number of the extending portions 1431 is equal to and corresponds to the number of the second engaging holes 144. Therefore, the strength of the part of the control seat 14 provided with the second clamping hole 144 can be improved, and meanwhile, the position of the second clamping hole 144 is favorably improved, so that water is prevented from entering the installation space of the electronic control board 15 through the second clamping hole 144.
Further, the electrical appliance body 2 is provided with a power supply connection part 2811, and as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 3, the display and control device 1 protrudes from one end of the electrical appliance body 2 far away from the power supply connection part 2811.
The power connection 2811 of the cooking appliance is usually located at the rear end of the appliance body 2, so the display and control device 1 protrudes from one end of the appliance body 2 far from the power connection 2811, that is, protrudes from one end of the appliance body 2 close to an operator, that is, the front end, as shown in fig. 10, 12 and 15, and is close to the operator, which is convenient for the user to operate, thereby improving the user experience. Of course, the display and control device 1 may also protrude from the left end or the right end of the electrical appliance body 2.
In an exemplary embodiment, further, the housing 17 of the display and control device 1 includes a control seat 14 and a control cover 13. The housing 17 is provided with a receiving space 147 for mounting the electronic control board 15 therein, as shown in fig. 6 and 7. The display and control device 1 further comprises a water guiding structure 18, as shown in fig. 9. The water guiding structure 18 is disposed on the housing 17 and outside the accommodating space 147 for guiding the liquid reaching the housing 17 to leave the housing 17 along the water guiding structure 18.
The display and control device 1 provided by this embodiment is additionally provided with the water guide structure 18, and since the water guide structure 18 can guide the liquid reaching the housing 17 to leave the housing 17 along the water guide structure 18, and the water guide structure 18 is located outside the accommodating space 147, the water also leaves the housing 17 through the accommodating space 147, so that the electric control board 15 can be prevented from being damaged or even broken due to the fact that the electric control board 15 touches water when the water enters the accommodating space 147, and the use reliability of the display and control device 1 is further improved.
Such as: when the water reaches the outer surface of the housing 17, at least a portion of the water may be directed by the water directing structure 18 directly out of the housing 17 without entering the housing 17. When a small amount of water penetrates into the housing 17 through the gap of the housing 17, the water does not enter the accommodating space 147 to contact the electronic control board 15, but leaves the housing 17 from the outside of the accommodating space 147 under the guidance of the water guide structure 18. Therefore, the water guide structure 18 has a good waterproof effect on the electric control board 15 in the accommodating space 147, and the risk that the electric control board 15 is in contact with water to break down or even be damaged is reduced, so that the use reliability of the display and control device 1 is improved.
Further, the water guiding structure 18 includes a water guiding passage 181 (as shown in fig. 6), the water guiding passage 181 is disposed on the control seat 14, and the water guiding passage 181 is provided with at least one water leaking hole 1813, as shown in fig. 8 and 9.
The housing 17 includes a control base 14 and a control cover 13, which are independent of each other, to facilitate assembly of the internal electronic control board 15 and the like. The control seat 14 is provided with a water flow passage 181, and the water flow passage 181 is provided with at least one water leakage hole 1813, so that the liquid entering the housing 17 through the gap between the control cover 13 and the control seat 14 enters the water flow passage 181 and flows out of the housing 17 through the water leakage hole 1813. Further, the number of the water leakage holes 1813 is plural, and the plural water leakage holes 1813 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the water guide flow passage 181, which is advantageous to improve the drainage efficiency.
Wherein the water leakage hole 1813 is integrated with the through hole 114 at the bottom of the control seat 14 in the previous embodiment. This is favorable to improving the integration level of the display and control device 1 and simplifying the structure of the display and control device 1. Of course, the water leakage hole 1813 and the through hole 114 may be separately provided.
Further, as shown in fig. 7, the water passage 181 is disposed along the circumferential direction of the control socket 14 and is annularly disposed outside the accommodating space 147.
The water guide passage 181 is annular and surrounds the accommodating space 147, so that liquid entering the housing 17 from any part of the gap between the control cover 13 and the control seat 14 can quickly enter the water guide passage 181, thereby improving the waterproof protection effect on the electronic control board 15.
Further, the control pod 14 includes a peripheral plate 145 and an inboard plate 146, as shown in fig. 6 and 7. The outer surrounding plate 145 is sleeved outside the inner surrounding plate 146, the inner surrounding plate 146 defines an accommodating space 147, and a space between the outer surrounding plate 145 and the inner surrounding plate 146 forms a water guide flow passage 181.
The outer surrounding plate 145 and the inner surrounding plate 146 are used for forming the water guide flow passage 181 and the accommodating space 147, so that the structure is simple, the processing and the forming are convenient, and the conception is ingenious. In addition, the distance between the water guide channel 181 and the outer surface of the housing 17 is reduced, so that the liquid entering the housing 17 through the gap between the control cover 13 and the control seat 14 can quickly enter the water guide channel 181, thereby improving the waterproof protection effect on the electric control board 15.
Further, as shown in fig. 7 and 9, the water guide passage 181 includes: drainage channels 1811 and drainage channels 1812. The drain grooves 1812 communicate with both ends of the drainage grooves 1811, and the water drain holes 1813 are formed on the bottom wall of the drain grooves 1812.
The water flow passage 181 includes a drainage groove 1811 and a drainage groove 1812, and the drainage groove 1811 mainly functions to drain the liquid entering the housing 17 from the gaps at all places, so that the liquid can be converged into the drainage groove 1812 and finally discharged through the water leakage hole 1813 of the drainage groove 1812. Therefore, the number of the water leakage holes 1813 formed in the control seat 14 can be reduced, the structure of the control seat 14 can be optimized, the strength of the control seat 14 can be improved, and the risk that external sundries enter the display control device 1 can be reduced. On the other hand, this also makes the positions of the water leakage holes 1813 relatively concentrated, facilitating concentrated disposal of the liquid discharged from the display and control device 1. For example, water discharged from the drain groove 1812 may be collectively drained into the water receiving groove 234 of the appliance body 2, and discharged out of the cooking appliance through the drain hole 2341 of the water receiving groove 234.
Further, the depth of the drain grooves 1812 is greater than that of the drain grooves 1811.
The depth of the drainage grooves 1812 is greater than that of the drainage grooves 1811, so that the drainage grooves 1812 can contain more liquid, and the liquid in the drainage grooves 1812 is prevented from overflowing, thereby improving the waterproof protection effect on the electric control board 15.
Further, the drain grooves 1812 have a width greater than that of the drain grooves 1811.
The width of the drainage channel 1812 is greater than that of the drainage channel 1811, so that the drainage channel 1812 can contain more liquid, and the liquid in the drainage channel 1812 is prevented from overflowing, thereby improving the waterproof protection effect on the electric control board 15.
Further, a first gap 183 is formed between the outer surface of the control cover 13 and the outer surface of the control holder 14, as shown in fig. 9. The control seat 14 is provided with a first water-blocking rib 1411, and the first water-blocking rib 1411 is disposed inside the first gap 183. The gap between the first water blocking rib 1411 and the control cover 13 is communicated with the water guide passage 181.
The first water blocking rib 1411 is arranged on the control seat 14, and the first water blocking rib 1411 is located on the inner side of the first gap 183, so that the liquid entering from the first gap 183 can enter the housing 17 only by passing through the first water blocking rib 1411, and therefore the first water blocking rib 1411 can play a good water blocking role, the amount of the liquid entering the housing 17 through the first gap 183 is reduced, and the waterproof protection effect on the electric control board 15 is improved. A small amount of liquid entering the housing 17 through the gap between the first water blocking rib 1411 and the control cover 13 enters the water guide passage 181 and is discharged out of the housing 17 through the water guide passage 181.
Further, the first water blocking rib 1411 is integrated with the positioning protrusion 141 on the top end of the control seat 14 in the previous embodiment, so that the first water blocking rib 1411 is in concave-convex fit with the limiting groove 221 on the control cover 13. This is favorable to improving the integration level of the display and control device 1 and simplifying the structure of the display and control device 1. On the other hand, the first water blocking rib 1411 is matched with the control cover 13 to form a spigot matching structure, so that the assembling clearance between the control seat 14 and the control cover 13 can be conveniently controlled.
Of course, the first water blocking rib 1411 and the positioning protrusion 141 may be separately provided.
Further, as shown in fig. 9, the water guiding structure 18 includes a second water blocking rib 182, the second water blocking rib 182 is disposed at the top of the housing 17, and the second water blocking rib 182 extends to two ends of the housing 17 along the length direction of the housing 17. The second water blocking rib 182 is integrated with the first water blocking rib 1131 in the previous embodiment. This is favorable to improving the integration level of the display and control device 1 and simplifying the structure of the display and control device 1. Of course, the second water blocking rib 182 and the first water blocking rib 1131 may be provided separately.
The second water blocking rib 182 is disposed on the top of the casing 17, so that the liquid reaching the top of the casing 17 is distributed to two ends of the casing 17 in the length direction along the second water blocking rib 182, and then drops downwards along the outer surface of the casing 17 under the action of gravity, and finally leaves the casing 17. This can reduce the amount of liquid entering the housing 17, thereby improving the waterproof protection effect of the electronic control board 15.
Further, the housing 17 is provided with water guide slopes 136 at portions corresponding to both ends of the second water blocking rib 182, as shown in fig. 27.
The water guiding slope 136 is arranged to generate a downward component speed and an outward component speed for the liquid leaving the second water blocking rib 182 in the sliding process, so that the liquid is favorably smoothly slid and leaves the housing 17, instead of entering the housing 17 inwards along the gap between the control cover 13 and the control seat 14, and the amount of the liquid entering the housing 17 is favorably reduced, thereby improving the waterproof protection effect of the electronic control board 15.
Further, the second water blocking rib 182 is positioned above the drain channel 1812 of the water guide structure 18, as shown in fig. 9.
The second water blocking rib 182 is located above the drainage channel 1812, so that the liquid guided by the second water blocking rib 182 to leave the casing 17 can be located in the same area as the liquid discharged from the drainage channel 1812, thereby facilitating centralized treatment of the liquid discharged from the display and control device 1. For example, the water may be collected into the water receiving groove 234 of the appliance body 2 and discharged out of the cooking appliance through the water discharge hole 2341 of the water receiving groove 234.
Further, the electric appliance base 23 is provided with a water receiving groove 234 as shown in fig. 5 and 27. The water guide structure 18 is used for guiding the liquid reaching the housing 17 of the display and control device 1 to leave the housing 17 and flow to the water receiving tank 234.
The water receiving tank 234 is provided on the electric appliance base 23, so that the liquid guided by the water guide structure 18 to leave the casing 17 of the display and control device 1 can be collected, the liquid is prevented from affecting the electromagnetic coil panel 26, other heating elements, temperature sensors and other electronic components in the electric appliance body 2, and the waterproof protection effect on the electromagnetic coil panel 26, other heating elements, temperature sensors and other electronic components in the electric appliance body 2 is improved.
Further, the water draining groove 1812 of the water guiding structure 18 is located in the electric appliance body 2, and the water leaking hole 1813 on the bottom wall of the water draining groove 1812 is communicated with the water receiving groove 234.
The drain channel 1812 of the water guide flow passage 181 is located in the appliance body 2. Because water easily enters the shell 17 directly along the gap between the control seat 14 and the control cover 13 of the display and control device 1, and also easily enters the electrical appliance body 2 along the gap between the display and control device 1 and the electrical appliance body 2, and further enters the shell 17 along the gap between the control seat 14 and the control cover 13. Therefore, the water guide channel 181 is located in the electrical apparatus body 2 where the most water is collected, and the drain channel 1812 is located at the position of the display control device 1 in the electrical apparatus body 2, so that the water can be drained more easily and quickly, and the overflow of the water can be prevented. The water leakage hole 1813 of the water guide passage 181 communicates with the water receiving groove 234 so that the water discharged from the water guide passage 181 can enter the water receiving groove 234.
Further, a second gap 184 is formed between the outer surface of the control cover 13 of the display and control device 1 and the outer surface of the appliance cover 22, as shown in fig. 16. The second water blocking rib 182 of the display and control device 1 is positioned at the inner side of the second gap 184; the projection of the second water blocking rib 182 on the electric appliance base 23 is positioned in the water receiving groove 234 and is used for guiding the liquid to flow into the water receiving groove 234.
The second water blocking rib 182 is located inside the second gap 184, and the liquid entering from the second gap 184 must pass over the second water blocking rib 182 to flow further inward. Therefore, the second water blocking rib 182 can play a good role in blocking water, and reduce the amount of liquid entering the electrical apparatus body 2 through the second gap 184, thereby improving the waterproof protection effect on the electromagnetic coil panel 26 or other heating elements, temperature sensors and other electronic components in the electrical apparatus body 2.
And the water receiving groove 234 is formed in the electric appliance base 23, so that the liquid guided by shunting through the second water blocking rib 182 can drop into the water receiving groove 234 of the electric appliance base 23, the liquid is prevented from influencing the electromagnetic coil panel 26 or other heating elements, temperature sensors and other electronic components in the electric appliance base 23, and the waterproof protection effect on the electromagnetic coil panel 26 or other heating elements, temperature sensors and other electronic components in the electric appliance body 2 is further improved.
Further, the appliance body 2 is provided with a water discharge hole 2341 as shown in fig. 5 and 27. The water leakage hole 1813 of the display and control device 1 communicates with the water discharge hole 2341.
The water leakage hole 1813 communicates with the water discharge hole 2341, and the water flowing out of the water leakage hole 1813 is also discharged through the water discharge hole 2341. Further, a drain hole 2341 is formed in the bottom wall of the water receiving tank 234, so that water can be drained through the drain hole 2341 under the action of gravity.
Further, a third gap 185 is formed between the control holder 14 of the display and control device 1 and the electric appliance holder 23, as shown in fig. 17. The electric appliance stand 23 is provided with at least one third water blocking rib 2331, and the third water blocking rib 2331 is positioned inside the third slit 185.
The third water-stop rib 2331 is located inside the third gap 185, so that the liquid entering from the third gap 185 must pass over the third water-stop rib 2331 to enter the housing 17. Therefore, the third water blocking rib 2331 can play a good role in blocking water, and reduce the amount of liquid entering the housing 17 through the third gap 185, thereby improving the waterproof protection effect of the electric control board 15 in the housing 17.
Wherein, the third water blocking rib 2331 is combined with the second water blocking rib 233 in the previous embodiment. This is advantageous for improving the integration of the electric appliance base 23 and simplifying the structure of the electric appliance base 23. Of course, the third water blocking rib 2331 and the second water blocking rib 233 may be separately provided.
Further, as shown in fig. 17, a third water blocking rib 2331 is inserted into the water leakage hole 1813 and abuts against the control seat 14.
The third water blocking rib 2331 is inserted into the water leakage hole 1813, and the liquid entering the housing 17 beyond the third water blocking rib 2331 can be directly discharged out of the housing 17 through the water leakage hole 1813, thereby further improving the waterproof protection effect of the electric control board 15.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the cooking appliance may be an induction cooker, a toaster, an electric baking pan, or the like.
One embodiment is described below with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the embodiment provides a cooking appliance, in particular an induction cooker, including an appliance body 2 and a display and control device 1. The display and control device 1 partially protrudes out of the electrical appliance body 2 and is in a suspended state.
As shown in fig. 4, 5, 6, 26 and 27, the appliance body 2 includes an upper cover assembly and a base assembly, which are assembled up and down. The upper cover assembly includes a motor cover 22, a face cover 25, and the like. The base assembly comprises an electric appliance base 23, a support leg, a power supply connecting part 2811 and the like. The display control device 1 protrudes out of the front end of the electrical appliance body 2 and is close to the direction of an operator. The display control device 1 comprises a control surface paste 16, a control cover 13 (also called a control box), an electric control board 15 (also called a display control PCB) and a control seat 14 (also called a lower control box), and the modules form an integral component.
The control cover 13 is provided with two positioning sleeves 111, two connecting arms 112, a first rib 1131, three positioning clip holes 322, a positioning groove 131, seven first clips 132 and three second clips 133.
The control seat 14 is provided with a positioning protrusion 141, a drainage groove 1811, a drainage groove 1812, three water leakage holes 1813, three hook portions 1141, seven first clamping holes 143 and three second clamping holes 144.
The electric appliance cover 22 is provided with three positioning hooks 321, a limiting groove 221, a concave spigot 312, four clamping grooves 314 and first supporting ribs 241.
The electric appliance base 23 is provided with three limiting hooks 232, three second blocking ribs 233, a convex spigot 311, two connecting posts 2311 and two water discharging holes 2341.
The two positioning sleeves 111 are sleeved on the two connecting posts 2311, and the connecting posts 2311 are locked with the electric appliance cover 22 through screws. The two connecting arms 112 abut against the first support rib 241. The first rib 1131 is inserted into the limiting groove 221. The three positioning holes 322 are engaged with the three positioning hooks 321. The positioning groove 131 is engaged with the positioning protrusion 141. The seven first hooks 132 are engaged with the seven first hook holes 143 one by one. The three second hooks 133 are engaged with the three second hook holes 144 one by one. The three limit hooks 232 are engaged with the three hook portions 1141 one by one. The female spigot 312 is engaged with the male spigot 311 in a concavo-convex manner.
As shown in fig. 4 to 13, the display and control device 1 has two cantilever structures similar to "horns", i.e. two connecting arms 112, and each cantilever has a sleeve at its free end. During assembly, the sleeve is sleeved on the connecting column 2311 (used for being matched with a screw and also called a screw column) of the electric appliance base 23 to be pre-fixed, and then the upper cover assembly and the base assembly of the electric appliance body 2 are locked through the screw, so that the display and control device 1 is finally and thoroughly fixed.
The control cover 13 and the control base 14 are fixed at the outer side of the appliance body 2 by the cooperation of the seven first buckles 132 and the seven first buckle holes 143. The seven first locking holes 143 are spaced apart in a U-shape along the circumference of the control seat 14. The control cover 13 and the part of the control base 14 inside the appliance body 2 are fixed by the cooperation of the three second buckles 133 and the three second buckle holes 144. The three second locking holes 144 are laterally spaced apart. Meanwhile, a circle of convex edge is arranged at the top end of the control base 14, a circle of limiting groove 221 is arranged on the control cover 13, and the convex edge and the limiting groove are in concave-convex fit to form a circle of spigot structure to limit the assembly gap between the control base 14 and the control cover 13, that is, the assembly gap between the control base 14 and the control cover 13 is controlled within a design range by the structure of the part D2 in fig. 11.
The display and control device 1 is seen as a whole, and sleeves on cantilevers on two sides of the control cover 13 are sleeved on screw columns of the electric appliance base 23. Meanwhile, the electric appliance base 23 is provided with a limiting hook 232 and a second blocking rib 233 which are matched with the control base 14. When the display control device 1 is assembled in place, the limiting hook 232 can hook the whole display control device 1 to prevent the display control device 1 from loosening up and down. Meanwhile, the limiting of the positioning sleeve 111 and the connecting column 2311 can effectively limit the display and control device 1 to move in the horizontal direction. Therefore, the engagement of the positioning sleeve 111 with the connecting post 2311 (i.e., the structure at E1 in fig. 13), and the engagement of the position-limiting hook 232 with the control socket 14, serve as a pre-fixing function before assembly.
In addition, the top of the control cover 13 has a first rib 1131, which is inserted into the position-limiting groove 221 of the electrical cover 22 during assembly. The cover 22 is further provided with a first supporting rib 241, which is located right above the connecting arm 112 of the control cover 13, and the first supporting rib 241 can abut against the connecting arm 112 (i.e. the structure at E2 in fig. 13) to prevent the upper and lower parts from loosening. The whole body is thoroughly fixed after being locked by the screw of the electric appliance body 2.
When the display control device 1 protrudes out of the electric appliance body 2, the display control device 1 can freely expand various display control schemes. For example, as shown in fig. 14, a knob 121 may be disposed at the right part of the display and control device 1 to realize a control function; and touch control, surface mounting (conventional, glass and the like) and other modes can be adopted, so that the display and control scheme is greatly enriched and can be flexibly expanded. Meanwhile, the user is far away from the high-temperature part during operation, and the high-temperature part is protected from being scalded by high temperature.
Further, the display and control device 1 also has a waterproof effect. As shown in fig. 9, after water overflows the control surface sticker 16, the water enters the display and control device 1 along the seam allowance positions of the control seat 14 and the control cover 13, and then is divided into two sides along the drainage groove 1811 of the control seat 14, and finally flows out of the display and control device 1 through the water leakage hole 1813 at the bottom of the drainage groove 1812, and as shown in fig. 17, enters the electric appliance base 23 of the electric appliance body 2, and finally flows out of the cooking electric appliance from the water drainage hole 2341 of the electric appliance base 23.
As shown in fig. 16, when water in the upper cover assembly of the electric appliance body 2 enters the electric appliance body 2 along the gap between the electric appliance cover 22 and the control cover 13, the water is blocked by the second water blocking rib 182 of the control cover 13 and is shunted to both sides, and finally flows onto the electric appliance base 23 and is discharged through the water discharge hole 2341 of the electric appliance base 23.
Further, in fig. 18, H, I, J is three key assembly gaps, which are located at the front end of the cooking appliance, so that the user can easily see the assembly gaps when using the cooking appliance, and the assembly gaps have great influence on the product appearance and the use experience. The clearance at the position H is the intersection of four parts, namely the electric appliance cover 22, the electric appliance base 23, the control cover 13 and the control base 14, and the clearance is the most difficult to control. I is the gap at the junction of the control cover 13 and the appliance cover 22. J is the gap between the control seat 14 and the electric seat 23.
The gap at position I can be controlled by the cooperation of the first rib 1131 between the appliance cover 22 and the control cover 13 and the limit groove 221 (structure at position D1 in fig. 11), and the cooperation of the positioning hook 321 and the positioning hook hole 322 (structure at position D3 in fig. 11). Three positioning clamp holes 322 are transversely and uniformly distributed on the control cover 13, and positioning clamping hooks 321 are arranged at corresponding positions of the motor cover 22. When the assembly is in place, the three positioning hooks 321 are matched with the three positioning hook holes 322, so that the assembly clearance is ensured to be within the design range.
The gap at J is controlled by the structure of D4 in fig. 11, three hook parts 1141 are transversely and uniformly distributed on the control seat 14, and the limit hook 232 on the electric seat 23 hooks the three hook parts 1141 during assembly.
The gap at H is controlled by the spigot and snap design between the electrical cover 22 and the electrical base 23. After the display and control device 1 is assembled on the electric appliance base 23, the upper cover assembly is finally locked on the electric appliance base 23 through screws, and the assembly of a final product is realized. In this process, the female spigot 312 of the appliance cover 22 is in concave-convex engagement with the male spigot 311 of the appliance holder 23, and the male spigot 311 of the appliance holder 23 is locked, thereby controlling the horizontal gap within the design range. Secondly, the locking protrusions 313 are arranged near the junction of the four pieces as much as possible, so that the locking protrusions 313 control the vertical gap after being fastened in place. Based on this, the assembly clearance of H department can fine control in the design range, has guaranteed the pleasing to the eye and the experience of product.
