However, due to the nature of the in-vivo and in-vivo opening members being placed in the living body for a long period of time,
It is important that the joint with living tissue is kept completely adhered and clean.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, we improved the connectivity of the pipe in the living body during surgery and the connectivity with the pipe outside the living body at the time of surgery, and created a stable connection state for the opening member equipped with the opening hole. It is characterized in that the in-body protrusion and the out-of-body protrusion at both ends of the opening member are tapered in order to maintain the condition.
以下、図によつて本考案実施例を説明する。 Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

This opening member 1 has an approximately cylindrical shape with an opening hole 2 formed therein, and one end of the opening member 1 protrudes outside the living body. A tapered external protrusion 1a, and a tapered internal protrusion 1 protruding into the living body at the other end.
b is formed, and an enlarged part 1c with a large diameter in the circumferential direction is integrally formed in the center of the opening member 1, and this enlarged part 1c allows for stable attachment without detachment from the living body. I'm starting to be able to do it.

Furthermore, by connecting the pipe P 2 outside the body to the external protrusion 1a, the pipes P 1 and P 2 are brought into communication via the opening member 1, and the pipe P 1 and P 2 are connected to the pipe P 1 and P 2 through the opening member 1. It can be used to drain excreta, to inject medicinal fluids from outside the body, or to pass electrical wires, optical fibers, etc. Incidentally, a taper angle of about 2 to 15 degrees is suitable for forming the protrusions 1a and 1b into a tapered shape from the viewpoint of ease of insertion and stability of the pipes P1 and P2 .

In addition to ceramic materials such as calcium phosphate, it is made of durable metals used as surgical materials such as stainless steel, titanium, or alloys, or synthetic resins such as polyethylene, and the surface of the contact area with living organisms is coated with a biocompatible material. It is also made up of materials.

As mentioned above, according to the opening member of the present invention, tapered protrusions inside and outside the body are formed at the ends, and pipes connected to internal organs in the body or medicinal liquid tanks outside the body can be easily and reliably connected to these protrusions. Since it can be connected and removed, it can contribute to the welfare of mankind by improving the convenience of use not only for surgeons and caregivers but also for people who wear such opening members on their bodies.
