BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, a T-shaped drain tube has been frequently used as a biliary drain tube that is placed in the biliary tract and used to drain bile from the body until the biliary tract is completely healed after surgery. In this tube, at the same time as bile is drained out of the body, medical solutions are injected through the same main tube, and in each case, the connector connecting the tube's main tube to the drainage tube is removed each time. Furthermore, there is a risk of infection due to bacteria adhering to the vicinity of the connector when injecting or inhaling the drug solution, and there are also problems such as undesirable phenomena such as air intrusion during contrast imaging. The present invention aims to solve these problems by providing thin tubes for liquid injection and suction separately from the discharge tube, and is a T-shaped drain tube consisting of a main pipe and two branch pipes branching from the main pipe. A thin tube is provided in communication along each longitudinal direction within the tube wall or each longitudinal direction of the inner wall surface of at least one of the main tube and twin branch tubes, and the tip of the thin tube extends from the outer wall surface of the main tube. It is formed by pouring it out.

The present invention will be explained below based on the attached drawings.
FIG. 1 is a partially cutaway perspective view of a double T-shaped drain tube according to the present invention. This T-shaped drain tube is placed, for example, in the extrahepatic bile duct and common bile duct extending from the liver, and is used to form a hole around the tube.

The T-shape may have a right-angled branch as shown in FIG. 1, or may have an appropriate angle at the branch, for example, one internal angle of 105° to 150°, to facilitate placement. A thin tube is provided in the tube wall of such a T-shaped drain tube by making a pore with a diameter of about 1 to 3 mm, for example, in communication with one or both tubes in the longitudinal direction of the main tube and twin tubes. Therefore, it is a double pipe according to the present invention.

The capillary tube may be bored in the circumferential wall of a tube having a certain wall thickness as shown in FIG. A portion of the tube may be provided so as to protrude from the inner wall surface, so that a portion of the inner wall surface of the tube may bulge into the tube. In addition,
The thin tubes may be prepared separately as shown in FIG. 2c and attached to the inner wall surfaces of the main tube and twin tubes with adhesive or the like. Further, the tip of the thin tube provided in the main pipe needs to extend from the outer wall surface of the main pipe.
For example, for the thin tubes in the tube wall shown in Figure 2 a and b, separately make a short tube for the tip, for example, about 3 cm to 10 cm, and place it at an arbitrary position, for example, 3 cm to 10 cm from the tip of the main tube.
The tip may be formed by inserting it into the pore at a position about cm below. In addition, if the thin tube is attached to the inner wall surface as shown in Fig. 2c, the outer wall surface of the main tube is bored at an arbitrary position, and the thin tube is peeled off to that position and that part is extended. It may also be used as the tip.

In any case, by separating the tip of the thin tube from the main tube, it is possible to inject medicine etc. from the thin tube while the main tube is connected to the drainage tube, and it can be completely separated from the drained liquid, resulting in infection due to invasion of bacteria etc. This method has advantages such as being able to prevent the phenomenon that is conventionally unfavorable in terms of contrast imaging due to the incorporation of air.

Furthermore, it is also possible to provide a small hole communicating with the thin tube in the outer wall of the tube corresponding to the thin tube portion of the T-shaped branch.

As explained above, the T-shaped drain tube according to the present invention allows for better outflow of bile than conventional ones, and also allows the injection of medicinal solutions without removing the connector from the drain tube. This completely solves the problem of bacteria adhering around the connector entering from inside the tube and causing infection.
Furthermore, it has the characteristic that extremely favorable conditions can be obtained from a contrast imaging perspective.
