〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案はタンス・衣裳箱等に納めて用いる殺虫
薬剤の揮散具に関するものである。 〔従来の技術とその問題点〕 従来衣裳ケース・タンスなどに各種衣料を収納
保存する場合、防虫用としてナフタリンその他の
固形状殺虫剤をケース又は抽出毎に1乃至2以上
入れ、長期間に亘つて防虫用有効成分を揮散せし
め、所望の目的を達成するようになしている。し
かし之等防虫剤は直接衣料に触れると、この殺虫
薬剤によつては衣料の染料を変色せしめたりして
衣料を損うものとなる。このためナフタリン等の
防虫薬剤を紙・不織布等にて包装したり、又は特
殊な加工を施して薬剤が直接衣料に触れることな
く有効成分をケース内やタンスあるいはタンスの
抽出内に揮散し、且充満するようになしている。 しかし固形の防虫剤を紙等で包装しても、この
包装紙を介して衣料が接すると染料がこの防虫剤
成分に犯されて変色することがある。 本考案は固形状の防虫薬剤に代えて液体状の殺
虫薬剤を常温でしかも長期間に亘つて自然にその
有効成分を揮散せしめると共に衣料ケースやタン
スの抽出内に直接収容して使用するようになすこ
とを目的とする。 〔課題を解決するための手段〕 本考案は上記目的を達成するためになしたもの
で、合成樹脂等の材質をもつて所要の大きさと形
状に形成した台板上で、この台板上に載置する殺
虫マツトの端面と互いに対向する台板の少なくと
も二側縁に、通気可能にして多数の突条を各側縁
に沿つて配列配置し、かつ両側縁の対向する突条
間に、常温にて自然に殺虫成分が揮散する液体状
殺虫薬剤を含浸させた殺虫マツトを納め、この台
板に設けた係止溝に蓋板側に設けた係止片を嵌合
して蓋板を着脱自在に設け、かつ台板及び蓋板の
内面に殺虫マツトを台板・蓋板に密接する事なく
支持する突起を設けるとともに、前記突条の長手
方向の長さを殺虫剤による衣類の変色を防止でき
る程度の3−15mmの範囲内に定めたことを要旨と
する。 〔実施例〕 以下本考案を図示の実施例に基づいて説明す
る。 図に於て1は台板で、これは図示の如く四角形
の他に円形・菱形・ハート形その他の象形状の所
要の大きさを有するものとし、合成樹脂等をもつ
て成形する。 またこの台板1の少くとも対向する2側面に多
数の突条2,2……を突設する。この突条2は台
板1上に殺虫マツト厚さよりも大となる高さを有
する板状のもので、これを所要間隔に多数配列す
る。そしてこの突条2はその長手方向を台板端縁
1Eに対し交わる方向となるようにする。また並
列される突条2の長手方向の長さは台板1内に収
納される殺虫マツトの端部と揮散具本体に接する
衣料との間を殺虫薬剤にて衣料の染料等が変色し
ない程度の間隔をあくようにして定める。これは
通常3mm乃至15mm程度の範囲で定める。また並列
する突条2,2の間隔Lは衣料が内部に侵入しな
いように、かつ殺虫マツトに含浸された殺虫成分
が揮散し揮散具外へ透出するように通気可能にし
て適当に定めるものとする。 なおこの突条2は図示では平坦な平板状とした
が、衣料の揮散具内への侵入をより確実に防ぐた
めこれを中央部分で屈曲又は湾曲せしめてく字形
あるいはS字形とすることも可能である。さらに
はこの突条2を細い棒状のものを多数穿設して形
成することも可能である。 このようにして一列状に配列して形成される突
条群は台板1の対向する二側縁に平行して設ける
が、この対向する二つの突条群間はこの間に殺虫
マツトを納められるようにする。またこの突条群
は第3図に示すように一端側を除いた他の三側縁
に形成することも、さらには台板1の四側縁すべ
てに設けることもできる。 台板1の一側縁すなわち突条群を形成しない一
つの側縁には突条2の高さとほぼ等しい高さを有
する端板3を台板1と交わるようにして連設する
とともにこの端板3の内側面で、突条2と対向す
る位置に蓋板に設けた係止片5を係止するための
係止溝3H,3Hを形成する。 この端板3は台板1の三側縁以上に突条群を配
設する第3図、第4図に示すような実施例では形
成されない。そして第1図の実施例ではこの端板
3と対向して同様に端板6を台板1と一体に形成
する。台板1には蓋板4を着脱自在にて設ける
が、この蓋板4の内面に係止片5を突設し、この
係止片5を係止溝3H内に挿入係止され、蓋板4
が妄りに開かないようにする。この場合係止片
5、係止溝3Hの形状は限定されることなく互い
に嵌合係止されればよい。またこの係止溝3Hは
突条群の端部にも形成され蓋板は係止片・係止溝
にて確実に台板に係着されるようになす。 またこの蓋板5と台板1の内面には突起1T,
5Tを複数本突設し、台板1上に載置される殺虫
マツト8をその上下方向より支持し、該マツトが
直接台板・蓋板に接触しないようにし、これによ
り殺虫マツトの全外表面より殺虫成分の揮散が行
えるようになす。 上記殺虫マツト8は所望の含浸マツトに殺虫剤
を含浸させてなり、この含浸マツトとして不織
布・良含浸性の厚紙・パルプ板・プラスチツク樹
脂板・スポンジ板などにて形成し、台板1上の突
条群内に納められる大きさとする。そしてこの含
浸マツトに常温にて自然に殺虫有効成分が長期に
亘つて揮散する液体状の殺虫薬剤又は防虫薬剤を
所要量含浸せしめる。 この殺虫薬剤としては例えば4−メチル−4−
ヘプテン−1−イン−3−イル d−シス、トラ
ンス−クリサンテマート(ベーパスリン)、4−
メチル−4−ヘプテン−1−イン−3−イル
2,2,3,3−テトラメチルシクロプロパンカ
ルボキシラート、5−プロパルギル−2−フリル
メチルd−シス、トランス−クリサンテマートな
どの揮散性ピレスロイドあるいはジクロルボスな
どがあげられる。 また、これらにピペロニルブトキサイド、サイ
ネピリン500、S−421などのピレスロイド用共力
剤、あるいはBHT、DBHなどの酸化防止剤、香
料、更には殺菌剤、忌避剤などの他の成分を加え
て他目的殺虫マツトとして用いることができる。 さらに台板1、蓋板4、突条群等はポリプロピ
レン、ABS、PET等の合成樹脂を用いるが、こ
れは成型可能なものであれば限定されるものでは
ない。 また殺虫マツトの取替時あるいは挿入時を容易
に確認できるよう蓋板4の端部に月を表示し、こ
の蓋板端部に沿つて摺動移動可能な指針9を設け
てこの指針9を移動させて行うようにする。 (実施例 1) 縦横22×35mm、高さ2.8mmのパルプ製マツトに
ベーパスリン80mg、DBH3.2mg、及び少量の香料
を含浸させて殺虫マツトを調製した。 揮散具のケース外周形状が縦横45×45mm、高さ
8mmの箱型で、周壁部の対面2方向に、台板より
突起する巾8mmの小片板の突条をケース外周より
3乃至11mmの位置に2mm間隔ごとに13枚配列させ
たポリプロピレン製揮散具に、上記殺虫マツトを
挿入し、蓋板を周壁部である突条群上面に重ねる
ように係着した後、気密性のフイルム袋に包装し
た。 使用時に気密性のフイルムを取り外き、20の
引き出しに上記殺虫マツト含有揮散具1ケを衣類
の間及び衣類上に置いて使用したところ、8ケ月
間にわたつて衣料害虫の害を受けることなく、ま
た、衣類の変色や汚れも認められなかつた。 (実施例 2) ベーパスリン120mg及び少量の香料を含む縦横
22×35mm、高さ2.8mmの薬剤徐放性樹脂シートを、

ス外周より2乃至14mmの位置に4mm間隔ごとに7
枚配列させ、一辺に取替季節表示片及びその係合
手段を具備させた)に挿入し、蓋板を係着後、気
密性のフイルム袋に包装した。 気密性のフイルムを取り外いた上記殺虫マツト
含有揮散具2ケを、50容衣裳箱中の着物2着
(一部しんちゆうで絵柄をプリントしたもの)の
間にはさんで使用し、6ケ月後に着物を取り出し
たところ、衣料害虫の害や絵柄の変色は認められ
なかつた。 (試験例) 実施例1の本考案、殺虫マツト含有揮散具及び
下表のように通気孔の形状を変えて調製した対照
揮散具について衣類に対する変色試験を行つた。 すなわち、供試揮散具の通気孔面をおおうよう
に銅糸を10重に巻きつけ、気密性のフイルムに入
れて50℃で10日間放置した後銅糸の変色を調べた
ところ以下の如くであつた。
