In this device, the individual packaging paper 2 is placed on the molded product 1 (see FIG. 14) and is passed through the rectangular tubular individual packaging former 3, and at that time, the folding slit formed on the side surface of the individual packaging former 3 is used. 4 individual packaging 2
The four corners of the molded product 1 are sequentially folded (see FIGS. 15 to 17), and then the individual fitting pincer drum 6 is folded with the folding metal fitting 5 from the side of the molded product 1 while folding the edge extending downward of the molded product 1.
(The rail 6a is formed into a circular shape in which side walls having substantially the same spacing as the front and rear side surfaces of the molded product are bent), and the remaining downwardly extending edge of the molded product 1 is attached to the bottom surface of the rail 6a. The folding slits 7 thus formed can be sequentially folded (see FIGS. 18 to 20), and finally can be finished into individual packaging as shown in FIG. 10. Reference numeral 8 is a guide for gripping the molded product 1 that has passed through the individual packaging former 3 and taken out to the upper portion, introduces it into the individual packaging pincer drum 6, and feeds it along the rail 6a. And the individual molded articles 1 are accumulated in a line,
As shown in FIG. 11, the outer paper 19 is wrapped in a stick shape.

The protruding portion is shown in black in FIG. In addition, as shown in FIG. 2B, when the molded product 1 has chamfered corners, the folding line is difficult to determine linearly.
As shown in FIG. 12, there is a drawback that wrinkles are formed in the folded portion and a beautiful individual packaging cannot be performed.

美麗な外観となる。As described above, according to the individual packaging device for molded articles of the present invention, the left and right end portions of the individual packaging sheets are first separated by passing the molded article on which the individual packaging sheet is placed on the upper surface. Fold down, then, by the folding tool, one edge of the left and right edges of the individual paper folded downward is folded in the left-right direction along the front and rear side surfaces and the lower surface of the molded product,
Further, while moving on the rail having the predetermined protrusions and cutouts, the other edge is folded in the left-right direction along the front and rear side surfaces and the lower surface of the molded product, and by these folding, the front and back are still horizontal. The protruding remaining portion is folded up and down along the front and rear side surfaces of the molded product. Therefore, according to this device, the four edge portions of the individual packaging eventually gather on the front and rear side surfaces of the molded product, and there is no folded portion on the upper and lower surfaces. For this reason, the folded portion does not protrude during stick packaging, and the upper and lower surfaces are clean, resulting in a beautiful appearance.
