≪産業上の利用分野≫
本考案は、ハウジングとレンズの取付構造を改

ルト２内に挿入されるとともに、溝部３の底部３
ａ側から圧入されたネール６によつて固定されて
いる。なお、符号７は溝部３の外側壁３ｂの突起
部３ｃに取り付けられたプロテクタを示してお

されて取り付けられるレンズを有する車両用灯具
であつて、前記レンズの足部の外側面にネール固
定用ボス部が形成されるとともに、該ネール固定
用ボス部及び前記溝部の外側壁に前記ネールの径
より小さな径のネールガイド孔を設け、該ネール
ガイド孔の前記外側壁側から前記ネール固定用ボ
ス部にネールが超音波圧入され、前記溝部の内側
壁側に前記レンズの足部の位置決めを行うととも
にネール圧入時に足部を支持する足部支持突起が

もに、溝部１３の外側壁１３ａ側から超音波圧入
されたネール１６によつて固定されている。具体
的には、足部１５の外側面にネール固定用ボス部
１７が形成されており、溝部１３の外側壁１３ａ
のネール固定用ボス部１７に対応する位置にネー
ル１６の径より!?かに小さい径のネールガイド孔
１８が設けられている。ネール固定用ボス部１７
にもネールガイド孔１９が設けられており、これ
らのネールガイド孔１８，１９にネール１６が超

持突起が設けられたことを特徴とする車両用灯
