As described above, in the electric lifting device for lifting the lifting body 7 via the wire rope 3, when the lifting body 7 is set in the lifting device body 1, the lighting fixture 6 is raised. And the lifting / lowering body 7 may shake or rotate. When the lifting body 7 is set on the lifting body 1 by such a movement, the position of the power receiving contact 9 with respect to the power feeding contact 15 may be displaced and the contacts 9 and 15 may not be connected. In order to deal with this, the diameters of both contact points 9 and 15 have conventionally been increased.
There was a problem with the high cost.

Further, since the lifting of the lifting / lowering body 7 is stopped by detecting the lifting / lowering body 7 by the limit switch 8, the wire rope 3 is affected by the variation of the mounting position of the switch 8 and the variation of the operation of the switch 8. The height position of the lifting / lowering body 7 at the time when the winding is stopped varies depending on the electric lifting device. Accordingly, the amount of bending of the contact spring 12 cannot be made constant, so that the contact pressure between the contacts 9 and 15 due to the amount of bending of the contact spring 12 may be insufficient. In such a case, the contact resistance of both contacts 9 and 15 becomes large, and these contacts 9 and 15 become high temperature. Therefore, there is a problem that the electrical insulators 11 and 18 of the contact parts are highly likely to burn out. It was

According to the above construction, when the lifting body is lifted and supported by the lifting / lowering device main body, the fitting projections of the lifting body are located between the opposing stopper projections of the contact block just before the lifting is completed. It is fitted smoothly while being guided by the inclined surface. Then, both side walls of the contact base and the stopper projections thereof prevent the elevator body from swinging and rotating, and also prevent the elevator body from moving in a direction orthogonal to the length direction of the side wall. The two upper end portions of the lifting body that are further raised under such regulation conditions are fitted into the recessed grooves of the contact base, so that the recessed groove side portion of the stopper protrusion is engaged with the lifting body to form the side wall. To prevent the lifting body from moving in the length direction. As described above, since the lifting body can be positioned on the contact base so that the receiving contact is accurately opposed to the feeding contact, the receiving contact can be pressed against the feeding contact while compressing the contact spring as the lifting body rises. .. Moreover, since the upper surface of the ascending / descending body contacts the inner end surface of the concave groove, the contact spring is not compressed by the ascending force of the ascending / descending body after that time, and the amount of bending of the contact spring can be made constant. .. Then, after this, the lifting body is raised together with the contact block against the urging force of the contact block pressing spring, so the operation of the motor is stopped by the switch that detects the rise, and the lifting body is supported by the lifting device body. The engaging claw 73 supports the elevating body 24 by engaging the engaging surface 78a obliquely from the lower side, and the coil spring 74 is bent in this state. Therefore, when the lifting body 24 is moved further upward so that the tip of the locking claw 73 faces the lower peripheral surface 24b of the lifting body 24, the lower peripheral surface 24b and the locking surface 78a are then separated. Due to the difference in the position in the radial direction, the locking claw 73 is rotated downward by the force of the coil spring 74 so that it does not interfere with the downward movement of the elevating body 24.

Next, the operation of raising and lowering the lifting body 24 and supporting it by the lifting and lowering device main body 21 will be described in detail. As the lifting body 24 suspended as shown in FIG. 8 rises, the lifting body 24 first enters the inside of the holder 28 while being guided by the guide 71 of the lifting body holder 28. At this time, since it is suspended by the wire rope 23, it is easily lifted up and down 2 under the influence of the wind.
4 is displaced with respect to the contact base 60 as shown in FIG. 11, due to the guiding action of the four long guides 71, FIG.
As shown in FIG. 5, the lifting body 24 can be roughly positioned with respect to the lifting body holder 28.

As the lifting / lowering body 24 subsequently rises, the lifting / lowering body 24
The fitting protrusions 78 are fitted between the stopper protrusions 63 facing each other in the width direction of the contact base 60. In this fitting, even if the state immediately before that is slightly displaced from the contact base 60 as shown in FIG. 11, the slanted surfaces 78c provided at both ends of the fitting projection 78 cause the stopper projection. Since the lifting body 24 is slightly rotated while sliding on the lower end of the portion 63, the lifting body 24 can be accurately positioned with respect to the contact base 60 as shown in FIG.

As described above, since the pair of fitting projections 78 of the lifting body 24 are smoothly fitted between the stopper projections 63 facing each other in the width direction of the contact base 60, both side walls 6 of the contact base 60.
2 and the stopper projection 63 thereof prevent the lifting / lowering body 24 from swinging and rotating, and also prevent the lifting / lowering body 24 from moving in a direction orthogonal to the length direction of the side wall 62.
Further, in the state of FIG. 12, the power receiving contact 82 contacts the power feeding contact 31.

Then, under the regulated conditions shown in FIG. 12, the lifting / lowering body 24 is further raised, and the upper surface of the contact base 60 is located at two positions on the back end surface 64a of the concave groove 64 as shown in FIG.
And the outer peripheral surface of the elevating body 24 is engaged with the portion of the stopper projection 63 on the concave groove 64 side. Therefore, movement of the lifting body 24 in the length direction of the side wall 62 is prevented. At the same time, the power receiving contact 82 moves downward against the contact spring 83 as the lifting body 24 moves upward, and the power feeding contact 31 moves.
Is pressed against. Thereby, the lighting fixture A and the power supply are electrically connected. This state is shown in FIG.

As described above, the power receiving contact 82 can be brought into pressure contact with the power feeding contact 31 by accurately positioning the elevating body 24 with respect to the contact base 60 irrespective of the shake of the ascending body. Therefore, the mutual contact portions of the contacts 31, 82 can be made smaller, and the costs for the contacts 31, 82 can be reduced accordingly.

Moreover, the side wall 62 serves as a stopper, and the upper surface of the lifting body 24 is brought into contact with the inner end surface 64a of the concave groove 64, so that after that time, the contact spring 83 is irrespective of the lifting of the lifting body 24. Is not compressed, this spring 83
The amount of bending of the can be made constant. After obtaining this constant amount of deflection, in other words, the limit switch 77 is pressed to stop the operation of the motor 25 in a state where the contact pressures of the contacts 31 and 82 are constant. Therefore, both contacts 31,
Since the contact pressure of 82 is not affected by the variation in the mounting position of the limit switch 77 and the variation in the operation of the switch 77, the contact resistance between the contacts 31 and 82 is increased, and the contact portions are heated to a high temperature. There is no danger of burning.

As described in detail above, in the electric lifting apparatus of the present invention, the swinging and rotating of the lifting body immediately before the end of lifting, and the movement of the lifting body in the length direction of the side wall of the contact base, Since the lifting body can be positioned on the contact stand by preventing movement of the lifting body in the direction orthogonal to the length direction of the side wall, the power feeding contact and the power receiving contact can be surely brought into contact with each other, and they can be made small. In addition to being inexpensive, the motor can be stopped by a switch that detects the lift of the lifting body while the lifting body is in contact with the inner end surface of the concave groove to keep the amount of deflection of the contact spring constant, so there is variation in the switch. It is possible to secure a constant contact pressure between the power supply contact and the power reception contact by the contact spring without being affected by the variation of the mounting position and the mounting position, and prevent the contact portion from being burned due to poor contact.
