Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible that fabrication and dismantlement/removal of high-rise frame scaffolding are performed with less labor, efficiently and in a short period of time, and also safely with high lift work decreased. CONSTITUTION:Partially fabricated frame scaffolding 1 of one or plural stages are fabricated in a vertical direction or laid down sideways on the ground of the job site, and these partically fabricated frame scaffolding 1 are placed on the ground of an installation section. Further, partially fabricated frame scaffolding 1 of plural stages are fabricated on the ground and lifted above the preceding partially fabricated frame scaffolding 1, and guide fittings 4 that possess trumpet-shaped acceptors 8, 8 at their top ends are previously mounted on the top ends of the pedestal pipes 3 of the lower partially fabricated frame scaffolding 1. And the lower ends of the pedestal pipes 3 of the upper partially fabricated frame scaffolding 1 are fitted in the acceptors 8, 8 of these guide fittings 4, and connected to the joint pins 5 mounted to the top ends of the pedestal pipes 3 while guiding them.

In the above-mentioned conventional assembling method, it is necessary to hoist each assembling component of the frame scaffold and carry it in at each assembling stage as the assembling is performed in the ascending order. Since you will be working in a high place in a place where your feet are narrow, there is always danger,
Further, there is a problem that a lot of labor is required and work efficiency is poor, and a great deal of work period is required.

1. A single or multiple-stage subassembly framework scaffold is assembled vertically or horizontally on the ground above the site, and this subassembly framework scaffold is installed on the ground of the installation portion, and further multiple stages of subassembly framework scaffolding are provided. Assemble on the ground and hang it up on the preceding subassembly framework scaffold, and attach a guide fitting with a trumpet-shaped receiving end at the upper end to the upper end of the column base pipe of the lower partial assembly framework scaffold beforehand. A method for assembling a frame scaffold, characterized in that a lower end of a column base pipe of the upper part subassembly frame scaffold is inserted into a receiving port and guided and connected to a connecting pin attached to an upper end of the column base pipe.

2. A half of a cylinder having an inner diameter slightly larger than the outer diameter of the column base pipe of the framework scaffold, and a trumpet-type half of which expands upwardly at the upper end of the insertion guide part having a half-section shape. A cylinder having an inner diameter substantially equal to the outer diameter of the locking portion of the connecting pin of the column base pipe is provided at the lower end of the insertion guide portion integrally with a receiving opening having a half-section shape so that the end faces of the split opening are flush with each other. The two tightening sections each having a half-sectional shape are integrally provided so that the end faces of the two split openings are flush with each other, and at least the outer sides of the split guide end surfaces of the insertion guide section and the tightening section are flush with each other. A guide metal fitting for assembling a frame scaffold, characterized in that a pair of guide pieces, which are formed by protruding right and left fastening plates from each other, are integrally fastened by a fastener so that the fastening plates face each other.
