Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent breakage of a coating film without damaging the appearance by ironing a filling material made by adding synthetic resin to a transparent aggregate such as glass beads or the like on the surface of fairfaced concrete to fill up a pin hole. CONSTITUTION:Glass beads or powder/particle of transparent synthetic resin are used as an aggregate, and synthetic resin emulsion or solvent cutback type synthetic resin which is transparent and has adhesive force is added thereto is mixed therein as a binding material so as to prepare a filling material having a moderate viscosity. The filling material is ironed on the surface of fairfaced concrete to fill up a pinhole so that the concrete is finished smooth. As finishing, acryl silicone resin or fluororesin having strong anti-weather property is applied on the concrete to form a coating film on the surface thereof.
