方で継ぐ水平な梁材の下面にこの耐力壁パネルの上方に
位置して溶着されたスペーサにボルト止めすることによ
り梁材下方に取付けられ、かつ前記外壁パネルは、前記
布基礎上の土台金具により下端が支持されるとともに上
端を、前記梁材の下面にボルト止めされるスペーサに取
付けたことを特徴とするパネル取付構造。
