2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 14, a casing with an intermediate partition plate 311 is used to convey an object to be conveyed, which is made of bulk materials such as ores, gravel, mud and grains, to a predetermined height. An endless rubber belt 33 having a large number of scraping plates 33a is accommodated in 31, and a large number of inner troughs 32 are continuously arranged in the belt 33 so as to be formed between the scraping plates 33a. An object to be conveyed is placed in the inner trough 32, and an input port 3 is formed in the lower portion of the casing 31.
There is known a casing-closed conveyor 30 which is supplied in a form dropped from No. 5 and is discharged along a link orbit of a rubber belt 33 to be discharged from a discharge port 36 formed in an upper portion of the casing 31. ing.
Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 15, a flat belt 39 and a scraper chain 40, both of which are driven to move on an endless track mutually.

However, since the casing-closed type conveyor 30 shown in FIG. 14 has its entire length covered with the casing 31, a curved line or a variable slope can be formed by using such a conveyor 30. When carrying a certain course or when trying to carry a long distance, it is necessary to design and manufacture the casing 31 which has been hijacked to the curve or the variable slope or the long casing 31 in advance, and which is used. Since the entire conveyor equipment is inevitably fixed, the conveyor equipment becomes very large and impractical. On the other hand, FIG.
The hold vertical type conveyor 37 as shown in FIG.
Although the transfer course can be set so as to follow a variable gradient or long-distance transfer, the transferred object in each open-type trough 38 is at the edge of the scraper chain 40 in the arrow R and S directions in FIG. The formed guide body 41 and the flat belt 3
Since it is constrained only by 9, the flat belt 39 is deformed and cannot be constrained sufficiently when soft dirt or the like having a large specific gravity is the transported object, or
When the bulk material containing powder is the object to be conveyed, there is also a disadvantage that dust is scattered through the space between the guide body 41 and the flat belt 39 during conveyance. Therefore, it has been difficult to obtain a conveyor in which the transport course can be freely set and the type of the transported object does not matter. In view of the above circumstances, the present invention provides a hermetic conveyor capable of carrying a steep slope, a curved line, and a long distance regardless of the type of the transported object.

Since the conveyor equipment 1 and the like have the above-mentioned structure, the bulk material 29 such as ore, gravel, mud, grain, etc. is changed from the lowland 3a to the highland 3b in the conveyor equipment 1.
When the sheet is conveyed, first, the support shaft 6B, which is the drive shaft of the conveyor device 2, is rotationally driven in the arrow F direction about the rotation center CT2 as shown in FIG. 2 via the drive device 25. Then, the support shaft 6B rotates the conveyor belt 5 in a shape that is supported in parallel between the support shaft 6B and the support shaft 6A in the direction of arrow K corresponding to the direction of arrow F, and thereby the outside of the conveyor belt 5. In the formed storage portion 11, the belt 5 rolls around the support shafts 6A and 6B in the direction of arrow K, which is a single direction, so that the forward path 2A and the return path 2B that form an endless track are continuously formed. In a circular manner, the outer surface 5b side of the conveyor belt 5 is rotated in the direction of arrow K.
The drive device 25 of the conveyor device 2 can rotate the support shaft 6B in the arrow F'direction to rotate the conveyor belt 5 in the arrow K'direction. As long as it is carried out (unless a malfunction such as the belt 5 being caught in the device 2 occurs), it is rotated only in the direction of arrow K, which is a single direction.

As described above, according to the present invention,
In a conveyor such as a conveyor device 2 in which a belt body such as a conveyor belt 5 formed in an endless ring shape is provided in parallel around two shafts such as support shafts 6A and 6B in a freely rotationally driveable manner, The storage portion 1 is provided on the outer peripheral surface side such as the outer surface 5b of the body.
1 and the like are provided with a load carrying area, and both edge portions 5 of the belt body are provided.
a pair of engaging portions such as the engaging groove 51 and the engaging protrusion 52, the female engaging portion 16 and the male engaging portion 17, the recess portion 19 and the protruding portion 20, and the pair of engaging portions, Since the transporting material loading area can be closed by engaging the engaging parts, the transporting material loading area is formed by the belt driving operation of the belt body. It can rotate around the axis. Therefore, after the transported object is loaded in the transported object loading area, the pair of engaging portions are engaged to close the transported object loading area, and the transported object loading area is rotated by two belt drive operations. In the form of rotating around the axis of
It can be transported to any one of the endless tracks such as the outward path 2A and the inward path 2B formed around each axis. Then, the transported object loaded in the transported object loading area can be transported while being surely held in the closed transported object loading area, so that the conveyor according to the present invention can transport ore, gravel, and soil. Qualified bulk materials such as mud, grain, etc., regardless of their type and properties, that is, without being dropped or scattered from the belt body during transportation It can be easily transported to. Therefore, since it is not necessary to cover the entire belt body with a casing or the like in order to convey the conveyed object in a sealed manner, it is possible to arbitrarily set the installation mode of the conveyor. Even if there is a steep slope or a curved portion in the interior or the transportation distance is long, the bulk material can be reliably transported. Further, in order to disengage the pair of engaging portions of the belt body from each other, the guide roller 10, the fastening rollers 12, 13 and the release roller 15 are utilized by utilizing the rotary driving operation of the belt body.
This can be easily done by guiding the belt body with an appropriate roller-shaped member such as, so that the entire device structure of the conveyor is simple. Is extremely easy to use and maintain.
