Can be reduced (for example, Japanese Patent Application No. Hei 3-2090943). However, although the NO X reducing effect can be expected, as shown in FIG. 2, a lift phenomenon in which combustion occurs above the NO X reducing water pipe may occur, and combustion noise was found to significantly increase.

In the above-described Bunsen burner for a water heater, the NO X reducing water pipe suppresses the generation of NO X , and at the same time, lift phenomenon is eliminated to stabilize combustion, and combustion noise due to lift is increased. The challenge is to eliminate the increase in energy consumption.

The gas-air mixture ejected from the flame opening is ignited by the spark generated from the spark rod provided between the flame opening and the NO X reducing water pipe. Simultaneously with the generation of the flame, the flame transfer means ensures the flame transfer to a large number of burners arranged in a row, and the flame is instantaneously generated in the entire burner unit. As described above, sparks are generated from the spark rod between the NO X reducing water pipe and the flame mouth, so that ignition can be reliably performed and at the same time,
Since the fire transfer means is present in the vicinity of the flame opening, the generated flame is fixed and burned in the flame opening without lift combustion on the NO X reducing water pipe. As a result, the stabilization of the flame is promoted, and the problem of generation of combustion noise can be solved.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Reference numeral 1 indicates a Bunsen burner. The Bunsen burner is constituting the water heater burner with multiple arrayed state, for of the NO X reduction, it is desirable to install a NO X reduction water tube 2 to the maximum flame region or upstream thereof. However, although such a configuration has a great effect for reducing NO X , the flame may lift and burn on the NO X reducing water pipe, resulting in a significant increase in combustion noise. There has occurred. As a result of various experiments conducted by the present inventor, when the spark rod 5 is positioned between the NO x reduction water pipe 2 and the Bunsen burner 1 to generate a spark, ignition can be reliably performed, and at the same time,
The generated flame instantly spreads to the entire burner by the fire transfer means 3 installed near the flame port 4 between the Bunsen burners 1 and stabilizes the entire flame. The above-mentioned fire transfer means enables a quick fire transfer by partially suppressing the amount of air passing between the Bunsen burners 1 by a sheet metal, a rod or the like. Combustion noise can be resolved by stabilizing the flame. Further, it is possible to suppress the deterioration of the surface of the water pipe for NO x reduction and the increase in the amount of generated products.

Industrial Applicability According to the present invention, a spark is generated between the NO X reducing water pipe and the flame mouth portion to perform reliable ignition, and at the same time, the combustion is stabilized by the fire transfer means provided in the vicinity of the flame mouth portion. And various effects such as suppressing the generation of combustion noise are achieved.
