Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent abrasion of wire ropes and sheaves by separating the driven sheaves, which are driven through the plurality of wire ropes being wound in a plurality of rope grooves, in a disk shape with the respective rope grooves in which the wire ropes are wound, and superposing respective disks side by side so as to be rotatable independently. CONSTITUTION:These driven sheave 3' are formed by supporting a plurality of disks 11, which have a rope groove 8 on the outer peripheral surface, with a shaft 10 so as to be rotatable freely through bearings 9 arranged at regular intervals by means of cylindrical rings 10, and the bearings are installed so as to be immovable in the shaft direction by means of bearing pressing nuts 13 arranged on both ends of the shaft 10. Intermediate parts of wire ropes 1, in which an elevator cage and a balance weight are connected to both ends, are wound in the rope grooves 8 of the respective disks 11. As for the wire ropes 1, since a difference is caused in a winding up quantity or a sending-out quantity due to the diametrical ununiformity or the ununiformity of a rope groove central system of the driven sheaves 3', though this difference appears as a difference in the number of revolutions of the respective disks 11, this difference is set to be absorbed by individual rotation of the respective disks 11.

By the way, since the driven sheave is made of an integral body and the number of revolutions of each rope groove is constant, the diameters of the plurality of wire ropes are not uniform when they are manufactured and the diameters of the ropes are uneven due to wear. Alternatively, the winding amount or the feeding amount of the wire rope varies depending on the unevenness of the center diameter of the rope groove at the time of manufacturing the driven sheave or the unevenness of the center diameter of the rope groove caused by abrasion of the rope groove.

Here, if the maximum diameter of the center groove of the driven sheave is D1 and the minimum diameter is D2, the difference L between the winding amount or the feeding amount of the wire rope when the driven sheave makes one rotation is L. = Π (D1-D2), where N is the total number of rotations of the driven sheave when the elevator rises from the bottom floor to the top floor, the difference LN in the amount of wire rope winding caused by the elevator rise is LN = π (D1-D2) N
As a result, a large amount of only a specific wire rope is entangled among multiple wire ropes, excessive tension is applied to the specific wire rope, and the life of the wire rope is shortened. However, there is a problem that wear of the wire rope and the rope groove is promoted.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned circumstances in the prior art, and its object is to wind and feed the wire rope due to the uneven diameter of the wire rope and the uneven center diameter of the rope groove of the driven sheave. An object of the present invention is to provide a driven sheave for an elevator, which can eliminate the difference in the amount and prevent the life of the wire rope and the wear of the rope groove from being prevented.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is directed to an elevator follower driven by a drive sheave having a plurality of rope grooves via a plurality of wire ropes wound around the rope grooves. In the sheave, the driven sheave is constituted by separating the driven sheaves into discs for each rope groove around which the wire ropes are wound, and superposing the discs so that they can rotate independently.

Since the present invention is configured as described above, the difference in the amount of winding and feeding of the wire rope due to the uneven diameter of the wire rope and the uneven center diameter of the rope groove of the driven sheave is different between the ropes of the driven sheave. It becomes the difference in the number of rotations of the car. As a result, there is no difference in the amount of wire rope entangled or fed out when the elevator is moved up or down, so there is no excessive tension applied to a specific wire rope, and there is no difference in the amount of entanglement or feeding. Wear of the wire rope and rope groove can also be prevented.
