用し、小径部とクランクケース底面との間に板ばねの少
なくとも前部を位置させ、該板ばねの前端を車体フレー
ム又はクランクケースの底部で軸支したので、排気管と
の干渉を回避しつつクランクケース下方に板ばねの配置
スペースを確保できる効果がある。

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 2本の排気管を、クランクケース下方を
通り、かつ一方の排気管の大径部と他方の排気管の小径
部とがクランクケース下方にて車幅方向に隣接するよう
に配設した自動二輪車に採用され、路面から後輪に加わ
るショックを緩和する緩衝ばね,及び後輪の不規則な上
下振動を抑制するダンパを備えた後輪懸架装置におい
て、上記ダンパをダンパケース内にダンパピストンを回
転自在に配置してなる回転式ダンパとするとともにリヤ
アームのピボット部付近に配設し、上記緩衝ばねを帯板
状の板ばねとしてエンジン下方に前後方向に向けて、か
つ少なくともその前部が上記他方の排気管の小径部と上
記クランクケースとの間に位置するように配設し、該板
ばねの前端部を車体フレーム又はクランクケースの底部
で軸支したことを特徴とする自動二輪車の後輪懸架装
置。
