Abstract

PURPOSE:To surely prevent peeling between a cover and mold pad, by a method wherein a heating top force corresponding to a facial form of the mold pad which is made to become attached to the surface of the over is applied to the surface of the cover, vacuum suction pressure is released, heating and pressurization by the heating top force are performed and a thermosticking film is melted. CONSTITUTION:Operation making a mold pad 10 become attached to the surface of a cover 11 by applying vacuum suction pressure acting upon the inside of a vacuum sucking bottom force 1 to the cover 11 through the mold pad 10 is performed while restoring the cover 11 and mold pad 10 to a former state by release of vacuum sucking pressure at least once in the middle of the operation. Furthermore, a heating top force corresponding to a surface form of the mold pad 10 is applied to the cover 11 as the cover 11 is made to run along the surface of the mold pad, the vacuum sucking pressure is released and heating and pressurization by the heating top force is performed and the cover 11 is stuck to the surface of the mold pad 10.

However, recently, with the diversification of designs, it has become more common to provide grooves and uneven shapes having a complicated and deep length on the outer surface of the sheet, and in the case of the conventional method, the cover is uneven on the mold pad. There is a problem in that it is difficult to adhere to the shape exactly, and complicated positioning work is forced, resulting in poor productivity. Further, when the cover is forcibly pressed and integrated by the upper mold having a shape corresponding to the uneven shape of the mold pad, the residual stress of the cover causes the cover to shrink after bonding and destroys the shape of the mold pad. Alternatively, there is a problem in that a peeling force acts on the adhesive surface and the cover and the mold pad are peeled off.

The method for producing an adhesive sheet of the present invention, which has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, is a method for forming a breathable mold pad having irregularities on the surface thereof into a lower mold for vacuum suction. Then, a cover having a heat-adhesive film layer on the back surface is covered, and a vacuum suction pressure acting on the inside of the lower mold for vacuum suction is added to the cover through the mold pad to adapt to the cover surface during the operation. Performing at least once while returning the cover and the mold pad to the old state by releasing the vacuum suction pressure, and for heating corresponding to the surface shape of the mold pad while keeping the cover attached to the surface of the mold pad by the vacuum suction pressure. Apply the upper mold,
The vacuum suction pressure is released, and heating and pressurization is performed by a heating upper die to melt the thermal adhesive film to adhere the cover to the mold pad surface.

Embodiments of the present invention will now be described in more detail with reference to the drawings. The drawing shows the production process of an adhesive sheet, which is a seat for a car.
Lower mold for vacuum suction for mounting 0, 2 is a through hole for suction provided on the mounting surface of the mold pad 10 of the lower mold 1, and 3 is for making the inside of the lower mold 1 into a vacuum state. A suction pipe connected to a vacuum pump, 4 is an adjusting valve for adjusting the vacuum state in the lower mold 1, and 5 is a rubber mold for pressing and holding a cover 11 covering the outer surface of the mold pad 10. It is a clamper. Further, 6 is provided with a steam ejection hole (not shown) for heating, has an outer surface shape corresponding to the uneven design surface of the mold pad 10, and has a steam ejection hole for heating. It is a type.

In the present invention, a breathable mold pad 10 made of, for example, urethane foam resin is set on the lower mold 1 with its outer surface covered with a cover 11 made of fabric material or the like (FIG. 1). (See the alternate long and short dash line)
Then, vacuum is started from the suction pipe 3 of the lower mold 1, the inside of the chamber of the lower mold 1 becomes a vacuum state, the mold pad 10 is sucked through the through hole 2, and the cover 11 having the thermal adhesive film layer on the back surface side is The mold pad 10 is fitted tightly along the uneven outer surface of the mold pad 10 in a slightly contracted state. Here, the step of stopping the vacuum suction and returning the mold pad 10 in the contracted state to the original state, and then performing the vacuum suction again to bring the mold pad 10 into the contracted state again is repeated a plurality of times. By doing so, the cover 11 slides smoothly on the outer surface of the mold pad 10 with the thermal adhesive film layer on the back surface as the sliding surface, and is sufficiently adapted to the deep uneven shape, so that the mold pad 10 and the cover 11 are almost the same. It will be in perfect contact.

Then, as shown in FIG. 2, the upper mold 6 is maintained while maintaining a state in which the cover 11 is fitted along the uneven outer surface of the mold pad 10 in which the cover 11 is slightly contracted as described above. Is set on the mold pad 10 and the vacuum suction is stopped to restore the mold pad 10 in the contracted state to its original state by its restoring force, so that the cover 11 is brought into close contact with the surface of the upper mold 6. .. In this case, since the cover 11 is sufficiently adapted to the deep uneven shape of the mold pad 10 in the previous step, almost no tensile force acts on the cover 11 and the outer surface of the mold pad 10 is naturally formed. Along with it, it is in a state of being fitted exactly. After that, steam is ejected from the steam ejection holes for heating of the upper mold 6 to melt the heat-adhesive film layer on the back surface side, and the cover 11 is adhered and integrated with the outer surface of the mold pad 10. In the adhesive sheet thus obtained, since the cover 11 is adhered to the uneven outer surface of the mold pad 10 with almost no tensile force or the like, the adhesion is performed. After that, the cover 11 does not shrink and the shape of the mold pad 10 is not broken or peeled off, and the mold pad 10 has an excellent design surface.

As is apparent from the above description, according to the present invention, the cover can be adhered to the outer surface of the mold pad having the uneven shape so as to correspond to the outer surface of the mold pad, and the residual stress on the cover is maintained even after the adhesion. It is possible to reliably prevent the shape of the mold pad from being collapsed or the cover and the mold pad from being separated from each other due to contraction of the cover without causing any trouble, and there is no complicated alignment work, etc. It is possible to carry out production, and there is also an advantage that extremely economical production can be carried out without the need to use a special jig or part for positioning. Therefore, the present invention is extremely large in that it contributes to industrial development as a method for producing an adhesive sheet that eliminates the conventional problems.
