Abstract

PURPOSE:To make the entire device small in size and to improve the operability by interposing a mirror in an image forming optical system so as to convert the optical axis in a right angle direction so as to lay out the image forming optical system at a right angle with respect to an orthogonal axis line of a film face. CONSTITUTION:The photographing device consists of an operation system 1 including a photoelectric conversion element such as a CCD, an optical system 2 connecting to the image pickup system 1, a mirror 3 used to convert an optical axis 4 to a right angle, a film guide 6 having an open window 5 in the middle to which a film holder 7 supporting a film 10 whose front side is turned back is inserted and supported, a light source 8 and a reflecting plate 9. Through the constitution above, the mirror 3, the optical system 2 and an object are arranged so that an orthogonal axial line with respect to the surface of the object and the optical axis of the optical system have an angle of 0-180 deg.. Then, the film 6, the light source 8 and the reflecting plate 9 are placed to the bottom horizontally, the mirror 3 is arranged on a vertical optical axis at an angle of 45 deg. with respect to a horizontal line to convert the optical axis by 90 deg. in the horizontal direction and the image is picked up by the image forming optical system 2 placed to the upper part horizontally.
