Abstract

PURPOSE:To omit an initial driving power supply circuit by a method wherein there are provided a circulating pump, an operating state changing means for instructing to change an operating state of means for supplying either ozone or air and the like to a circulating bath water, a temperature setting means and a heater control means for controlling a heater. CONSTITUTION:A driving motor started to operate in response to data of a system program memory means against an operation of a starting switch and for driving a circulating pump 5 is started to circulate hot water within a bath tub, and a heater 6 is controlled in response to temperature set by a temperature setting means 10 and kept as it is. Upon operation of the operating state changing switch 12, a solenoid valve 19 is operated unless the heater is operated and then the operating state is changed. During the operation of the aforesaid heater, the heater 6 is turned off, one-shot timer 18 is set and then a timer for a delay circuit 21 is set. Then, as the timer of the delay circuit 21 is turned off, the solenoid valve 19 is operated to change the operating state. Then, as the one-shot timer 18 is turned off, the heater 6 is turned on again.

In order to facilitate the control, each of these means is operated by electrical control. Further, in these circulating water heaters, bubble generators, etc., which are often arranged and used in the bathroom, a step-down transformer is used to reduce the voltage and to isolate the primary side from the electric shock accident due to electric leakage. The transformer with the primary circuit is installed outside the bathroom and is connected to the main body inside the bathroom via a low-voltage secondary cord. The heating means operates an electric heater and consumes a relatively large amount of electric power but operates at a low voltage. Motors that drive other circulation pumps, ozone generators, air bubble generators, etc. operate at a low voltage with relatively low power, but solenoid valves and solenoids for changing operating conditions require high energy at startup. Therefore, a high voltage is temporarily applied and held at a low voltage.

Therefore, conventionally, as shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, two power supplies of a high voltage Va and a low voltage Vb are provided, and each switching element is operated at the timing of FIG. 6 to control it. There is something to do. In this case, it is necessary to provide both the high voltage section and the low voltage section on the main body side in the bathroom. Further, as shown in FIG. 7, in the case of only low voltage, there is one that obtains the initial drive energy at the time of starting the solenoid valve by providing the capacitor C.
This requires a large-capacity capacitor and its circuit components, and furthermore, there is a disadvantage that after the solenoid valve is activated, it cannot be re-activated until the capacitor is charged.

Therefore, as a result of intensive studies, the inventor of the present invention has found that the present invention is based on a circulation pump for circulating bath water in a bathtub and a circulating bath water. An operating state changing means for instructing to change the operating state of a supply means for selectively supplying desired ozone or air, a temperature setting means for setting the temperature of the bath water, and a heater means for keeping the bath water warm. Heater control means for controlling the operating state of the heater with respect to a set condition, and heater invalidating means for invalidating the operation of the heater control means when the power consumption is excessive such as when the control operation of the operating state changing means is started. Since the power supply circuit for the initial drive can be omitted by providing the and, it is possible to operate without requiring a waiting time for charging when the capacitor is used, and the above problem is solved.

A case will be described in which the circulating state of jet-like circulating water due to the inclusion of bubbles is changed from this state.
When the operating state change switch 12 of the panel switch is operated in step 1 (hereinafter referred to as S1; the same applies hereinafter), in S2, it is determined whether or not the heater is operating. If the heater is not operating, the solenoid valve 19 is operated in S3 to change the operating state.

The present invention has the above-described structure and operation, and the wiring in the bathroom can be simplified by omitting the power supply circuit for initial driving in addition to the low voltage section. Further, it can be operated without requiring a waiting time for charging when a capacitor is used, as compared with a conventional capacitor using a single power supply unit. Further, since the operation of the solenoid valve or the like in which the load fluctuates greatly is operated during the rest of the heater which requires a relatively large amount of electric power, the electric power fluctuation can be reduced.
