FIG. 2 shows a charging circuit diagram in this embodiment. In this figure, the positive electrode of the main battery 4 is connected to the positive terminal of the first plug 5 via the diode 11. The positive electrode of the main battery 4 is connected to the positive terminal of the charging plug 8 via the relay switch 12, and the negative terminal of the charging plug 8 is connected to the negative electrode of the main battery 4. Further, a relay coil 13 is interposed between the positive terminal and the negative terminal of the first plug 5, and the negative terminal of the first plug 5 is connected to the negative electrode of the main battery 4. Here, the relay coil 1
3 and the relay switch 12 constitute a relay that detects whether or not charging is performed via the first plug 5. That is, when the separately-installed charger for high-speed charging is connected to the first plug 5 and the main battery 4 is charged through the first plug 5, the relay coil 13 is energized and the relay coil 13 is energized. The switch 12 is closed so that the main battery 4 is not charged from the vehicle-mounted charger 7 via the charging plug 8. On the other hand, when the separately-installed charger is not connected to the first plug 5, the relay coil 13 is not energized, so the relay switch 12 is closed and the on-vehicle charger 7 removes the charging plug 8. The main battery 4 is charged via this. At this time, by the electricity meter 20 connected to the vehicle-mounted charger 7 via the switch 24,
The power amount of the main battery 4 is confirmed.

FIG. 3 shows a state in which the rear door of the electric vehicle 1 is opened, and a box accommodating the watt hour meter 20 and the earth leakage breaker 21 on the right side of the vehicle-mounted charger 7 in the figure. 23 is detachably equipped. More specifically, three key holes 25 are formed on the vehicle-mounted charger 7 side. Correspondingly, hooks 26 are provided on one side of the box 23, and after inserting the hooks 26 into the keyholes 25, the box 23 can be connected by pulling it down. Then, the on-vehicle charger 7, the watt-hour meter 20, and the earth leakage breaker 21 are electrically connected.
