However, in this case where the through hole 4b of the reinforcing member 4 is formed to have a large diameter so as to face the through hole 3 for the electrode attachment part, the hole wall of the electrode attachment hole 6 of the electrode attachment member 5 is When installing the electrode 7 on the lining 2 that covers the lining 6b against the inside of the tube with a pressure sufficient to maintain the sealing property of the fluid to be measured, the following problems occur. That is, when the electrode 7 is inserted into the electrode attachment hole 6 from the outside of the tube, the lining 2 near the through hole 4b is pushed out to the inside of the tube as shown by the chain line in FIG. As a result, each time the lining 2 is cut or the electrode section is maintained, the shape of the lining 2 pushed into the pipe changes, which may change the output signal of the instrument. It was inevitable that the problem would arise.

According to the present invention, there is provided an electrode mounting member that is fitted into a through hole of a tube member and has an electrode mounting hole in the center of which the hole wall is covered with a lining, and an annular space is formed in a part of the electrode mounting member. The configuration includes a punching plate or a punching pipe that is fixed in place and locks the lining in the through-hole in the electrode insertion direction, so that the lining in the vicinity of the electrode mounting hole can be fixed. Even if an external force is applied in the electrode insertion direction, the lining at that portion will not deform to the extent that it will affect the flow of the fluid to be measured.

Therefore, even if the diameter of the through hole 4b corresponding to the electrode attachment part of the reinforcing member 4 is set larger than before, the lining 2 will not be pushed out into the pipe, and as a result, the pipe member 1 of the reinforcing member 4 will not be pushed out. This has the advantage that positioning against the base plate is simple and the installation work can be easily performed.

In addition, in the above-mentioned embodiment, a case was illustrated in which the punching plate 38 was used as the hole punching and locking member, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, as shown in FIG. A step 44 is provided by forming a groove on the outside of the inner wall 6b of the electrode mounting hole 6, and the punching pipe 46 is inserted into the hole so that an annular space 45 is formed between the step 44 and the step 44. It will be easily understood that it may be fixed as a piercing and locking member.
