1 and 2 are cross-sectional views showing an electromagnetic flowmeter according to the present invention. In the figure, a case designated by reference numeral 1 is a case for an electromagnetic flowmeter, a part of which also serves as a magnetic field generator, and three through holes 2, 3, and 4 are provided inside thereof so that they are orthogonal to each other. Reference numeral 5 denotes a cylindrical base member, which is installed in the center of the first through hole 2, and has a lining tube 7 having a flow path 6 for the fluid to be measured on its axis, and a lining tube 7 having a flow path 6 for the fluid to be measured on its outer circumferential surface. 2. A recess 8 that opens on the side of the through hole 3 is provided. Reference numeral 9 designates a pair of excitation devices in which an excitation coil 11 is wound around a coil bobbin 10, the tip of which is fitted into the recess 8 via a boss-shaped core 12, and is connected to the second excitation device.
It is arranged in the through hole 3. 13 is a groove through which the electrode lead wire 14 is inserted, and extends in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the center hole 10a of the coil bobbin 10;
and the coil bobbin 10 is opened on the core 12 side.
It is provided on the flange portion 10b of. 15 is the collar part 15
A pair of electrodes are located in the third through hole 4 and are provided on the tube wall 7a of the lining tube 7 so as to face each other via the magnetic field formed by the excitation coil 11. The device is configured to detect the electromotive force generated at each point of the fluid to be measured. 16 is a housing 1 for a terminal box or transmitter, etc.
7, which has a pressing part 16a and a screw 18 on the periphery of one opening of the second through hole 3.
Fixed by Reference numeral 19 denotes a lid member having a pressing portion 19a, which is fixed to the other opening periphery of the through hole 3 with a screw 20. This lid member 19
The pressing part 19a of the mounting base 16 and the pressing part 1 of the mounting base 16
Both excitation devices 9 are pressed and fixed to the base member 5 by 6a. In addition, 21 is coil bobbin 1
A spacer 22 interposed between the flange 10c of 0 and the pressing part 16a of the mounting base 16 and between the pressing part 19a of the lid member 19 is a guide part provided on the base member 5 and for guiding the electrode lead wire 14. be.

In the electromagnetic flowmeter configured in this way,
Since the excitation device 9 inserted into the case 1 is pressed and fixed inside the case 1 by the pressing part 16a of the mounting base 16, that is, the excitation device 9 is pressed and fixed from outside the case 1, the space inside the case 1 is narrow. Flowmeters can be reliably assembled even when

In this embodiment, an example is shown in which the excitation device 9 is pressed and fixed by the mounting base 16, but the present invention is not limited to this, and as shown in FIG. Of course, the excitation device 9 may be directly pressed and fixed. In this case, a male threaded portion 24 is provided at one open end of the second through hole 3, and a female threaded portion 25 that is screwed into the male threaded portion 24 is provided in the housing 23. Further, a cap nut 26 is screwed into the other open end of the second through hole 3.

As explained above, according to the present invention, the cylindrical base is installed in the first through hole of the case and has a flow path for the fluid to be measured on the axis and a recessed portion opening toward the second through hole on the outer peripheral surface. and an excitation device disposed in the second through hole and whose tip is fitted into the recess, and the excitation device is pressed and fixed by the casing or the mounting base, so the excitation device can be pressed and fixed from outside the case. This allows the flowmeter to be assembled reliably and easily even if the space inside the case is narrow.
