Claims (1)
を耐圧防爆構造、電極部を本質安全防爆構造とし
た防爆形電磁流量計検出器において、非磁性パイ
プから成る測定管の電極取付用穴と同心に測定管
外面から突出形成された非磁性体円筒状のボスと
、このボスの開口端を封止する円板部の厚さおよ
びこの円板部に突設されこのボスの内面に嵌合す
る円筒状栓部の長さの双方が耐圧防爆構造と本質
安全構造との接合面の奥行き寸法を満足する寸法
に形成された非磁性体製のキヤツプと、前記測定
管の電極取付用穴に絶縁ブツシユを介して首下部
が内嵌され接液頭部を管内に露呈して締結機構に
より液密装着され且つ締結機構よりも先の部位で
首下部が段部を経て小径に形成されて延在し前記
キヤツプの円板部に同心的に装着された絶縁体を
同心的に貫通してキヤツプ外に突出している電極
と、この電極のキヤツプ外に突出した先端部に接
続されたリード線とを具備した電極部構造を有す
