ねじ具10に挿通して成ることを特徴とするもの
であり、このように構成することによつて、上記
目的を達成したものである。つまり、窪み7に突
入させたねじ具10に窪み7内に窪み7の深さに
略等しい高さの環状のスペーサー11を挿通する
ことで、窪み7の上方の表層材4部分にかかる荷
重をスペーサー11で受け、表層材4を窪み7内
にへこませることがないようにし、又、環状のス
ペーサー11をねじ具10に挿通することで、ス
ペーサー11の移動を阻止し、スペーサー11の
機能を確実に奏するようにしたものである。

ることができるという利点がある。
