In the above-mentioned shield breaker 15, by operating the operating part 8, the operating rod 9 is moved horizontally, the lever 10 is swung, and the vertical linear movement of the movable electrode rod 6 is transmitted, and the contact of the switchgear 1 is It is opened and closed.

D. Problems to be solved by the invention In the above configuration, as shown in FIG. Electrode rod 6
The difference d between the turning radius R and the connecting point C (that is, the position of the pin 22) is the difference d between the turning radius R and the left and right movement during the opening and closing operation of the cutter and disconnector, which has the relationship d = R - R cos θ = R -. The connection point C will be shifted by d. As a result, the movable electrode rod 6 is swung left and right, causing uneven contact between the pair of contacts (the movable contact and the fixed contact), resulting in unstable contact conditions and the problem that some contacts may break. Furthermore, there was a risk that when electricity was applied, abnormal heat generation or welding would occur, making it impossible to open the electrodes.

F Effect When the operating rod is moved back and forth when opening and closing the switch, the conversion lever connected to the operating rod rotates with the arc part in contact with the internal side wall acting as a fulcrum, and is connected via the pin. Similarly to the converting lever, the supporting lever on the other side that is being moved also moves with its arcuate portion serving as a moving fulcrum. Moreover, since the protrusion of each lever is loosely fitted into the guide hole, the movable fulcrum can be reliably moved along the inner side wall, and the conversion lever and support lever can be moved symmetrically, so that the movable electrode connected to the pin can be moved symmetrically. The rod moves in a straight line without swinging from side to side, allowing the opening and closing operations to be performed correctly.

In the figure, 11a is a conversion lever, and 11b is a support lever. Each lever 11a, 11b forms a pair and is rotatably supported by a pin 14 passing through the center of the movable electrode rod 6 in the diametrical direction. Also,
Arcuate portions 11a and 11b having a radius of R are formed on the outer periphery of the ends of the conversion lever 11a and the support lever 11b. The arc portions 11a 1 and 11b 1 can come into contact with the inner side wall 3a of the cylindrical current collector 3 on the movable side. Note that both the cylindrical current collector 3 and the switch 1 are housed inside the insulating tube 12.

Protrusions 11a 2 and 11b 2 are provided on the circular arc portions 11a 1 and 11b 1 of the conversion lever 11a and the support lever 11b, and the protrusions 11a 2 and 11b 2 are connected to the inner side wall 3a .
The guide hole 23 is formed in the guide hole 23 so as to be movable therein. In other words, guide protrusion 1
1a 2 and 11b 2 are formed in a mountain shape, and the slopes thereof are in the shape of an arc with a radius r. When the dimension of the guide hole 23 is D, it is provided in a dimensional relationship of D≧r.

In the above configuration, the distance from the axis of the movable electrode rod 6 to the wall surface of the inner side wall 3a (that is, the connection pin 1 which is the rotation center of each lever 11a, 11b)
4 to the inner wall surface of the side wall 3a), and the distance between the center of the pin 14 and the circular arc portions 11a 1 and 11b 1 of each of the conversion lever 11a and the support lever 11b, that is, the radius of the circular arc portion. In the case of R, the relationship is set as R=. Note that an operating rod 9 is connected to the conversion lever 11a by a pin 19.

Therefore, if the operating rod 9 now moves to the left in FIG. 2, the conversion lever 11a and the support lever 11b will move as follows.
The protrusions 11a 2 and 11b 2 are held by the guide holes 23, and the arc parts 11a 1 and 11b 1 and the inner side wall 3a
The contact part with the lever becomes a moving fulcrum, and each lever 11a,
11b rotates around this contact portion, moves the movable electrode rod 6 upward in the figure via the pin 14, and opens the switch 1. At this time, since the levers 11a and 11b are provided in the relationship R=, each lever 11a, 11b can smoothly rotate around the inner side wall 3a, and the pin 14 does not swing left or right, so that the movable electrode The rod 6 always moves correctly in a straight line.

H. Effects of the invention The invention provides a conversion lever and a support lever on both sides via a movable electrode rod, and provides these levers with an arcuate portion that contacts the inner wall surface of the cylindrical current collector.
A protrusion was provided on the arc part, and the protrusion was supported by sinking into the guide hole provided in the inner side wall of the cylindrical current collector, so that the conversion lever and the support lever would move in the arc as the movable electrode moved up and down. Since the part rotates along the inner surface of the side wall of the cylindrical current collector, the relationship between the electrode rod, both levers, and the cylindrical current collector can always be kept constant, and the movable electrode rod can be rotated along its axis. It can be moved up and down correctly along the center, that is, it can be opened and closed.

Therefore, since the movable electrode rod does not swing, the contact between the contact at the tip of the movable electrode rod and the mating (fixed) contact becomes stable without uneven contact as in the conventional case, resulting in stable current carrying performance. It also improves the problem of welding when a large current flows.
