Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a cosmetic having excellent covering power, adhesiveness, adsorptivity and miscibility, free from safety problem because of little stimulation to the skin, giving soft and smooth feeling to the skin and exhibiting excellent slipperiness and feeling. 末含有化粧料に比較して滑り性、感触性を向上させるこ
