Since the core material having shape retention and the skin material made of TPE are integrally formed by injection molding, it is not necessary to form a locking piece on the skin material as in the conventional case. Since the core material and the skin material are closely adhered and integrated with each other, there is no dullness of the skin material and the appearance and design of the product are significantly improved.

(2) According to the method of the present invention, during injection molding of the skin material, by filling the TPE material into the cavity formed by the core material held by the movable mold and the mold surface of the fixed mold, Since the core material and the skin material can be integrally injection-molded, there is an effect that the conventional man-hours for attaching the core material and the skin material can be saved, and the cost can be significantly reduced by shortening the process.
