Conventional Technology Conventionally, industrial vehicles such as forklifts used in the steel industry have reinforced the support frame 1 of the driver's seat, as shown in Figure 4, to protect the driver from flying molten iron and ore and heat. A windowpane 2 made of glass is attached, and a wire mesh 14 for protecting the windowpane is detachably attached to the outside of the windowpane by means of a support member 15.

Problems that the invention aims to solve: However, with the conventional window, when you look out from the driver's seat, you are looking through the wire mesh, which not only obstructs your view and makes it difficult to see, but also because the wire mesh overlaps the window glass. As shown in the figure, when the window glass outside the driver's seat is darkened by the wire netting and the light 16 from the opposite side rear is strong, the window glass becomes mirror-like and the front view becomes invisible.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has a protective glass disposed parallel to the outside of the window glass of the driver's seat, and a protective glass that supports the protective glass and supports both left and right directions. a protective glass support member that supports the protective glass in a slidable manner; and a portion of the window glass that is not covered by the protective glass due to the sliding movement of the protective glass is approximately half or more of the entire window glass; The gist thereof is to include a restraining member that restricts the amount of protrusion of the protective glass in the left-right direction within a range that does not separate from the glass supporting member, and a fixing member that fixes the protective glass to the supporting member. .

Function: By using glass to protect the driver's seat window glass, it eliminates obstructions to the view, and because it has better translucency than wire mesh, it eliminates the difficulty in seeing due to reflected light coming from the opposite side. . In addition, when cleaning dust and dust stuck between the protective glass and the window glass, you can easily clean the window glass and the entire surface of the protective glass by simply sliding the protective glass on the support member. Since it does not separate from the support member, it can be cleaned safely.

In FIGS. 1 and 2, the window glass 2 is fixed on a frame 1, which is a support supporting the head guard for the driver's seat, and in addition to this, a pair of guides each having a guide groove 7 with a U-shaped cross section are installed. Rails 4 are fixed on the frame 1 above and below the outside of the window glass 2, separately from the window glass 2, by bolts 9. At both ends of the guide rail 4, butterfly bolts 8 as fixing members and protruding stoppers 6 are installed on the upper and lower guide rails 4 on the outside of the guide groove 7 so as to be diagonal to the window glass 2. One at a time is arranged in each of the windows, and the movement of the protective glass 3 is made impossible or inhibited by these. On the other hand, the protective glass 3 is 1
A pair of stoppers 5 are provided above and below in diagonal directions opposite to the stoppers 6, and handles 10 are provided on both left and right sides. Also, the upper and lower sides pass inside the guide groove 7 of the guide rail 3, so that they are supported parallel to the window glass 2, and the butterfly bolts 8 on the stacked guide rail 4 are usually placed so as to cover the window glass 2. The upper and lower sides of the protective glass are pressed and fixed against the inner wall of one side of the guide groove 7.

Next, when cleaning dust, dust, etc. between the double stacked window glasses, the protective glass 3 fixed by this can be moved by turning the butterfly bolt 8 of the guide rail 4 in the loosening direction. Next door handle 10
By pulling the protective glass 3, the following protective glass 3 starts to move while being guided by the guide rail 4. At this time, the stopper 5 moves together with the protective glass 3, but since there is a stopper 6 attached to the guide rail on its trajectory, if it continues to move for a while, the stopper 5 comes into contact with the stopper 6 and stops it, and the protective glass 3 also moves. It is stopped on the guide rail 4.
In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, there are two types of stoppers 5 and 6 which are arranged in pairs above and below the protective glass 3. When the protective glass 3 is pulled out to either side, one set of stoppers 5 is always provided. , 6 are installed in diagonal directions of the protective glass so that they are in contact with each other, so that they are always stopped no matter which way it is pulled out. Moreover, the protective glass 3 has a portion of the window glass 2 that is not covered by the protective glass 3. Stop when the glass is more than half full. When the protective glass 3 is pulled out to the right with this operation, more than half of the right side of the back side of the protective glass 3 and more than the left half of the front side of the window glass 2 are
On the other hand, when pulled out to the left, more than the left half of the back surface of the protective glass 3 and more than the right half of the front surface of the window glass 2 can be cleaned, and the whole cleaning is completed by alternately cleaning. Further, if the protective glass 2 is unnecessary and needs to be removed, the entire guide rail can be removed by removing the bolts 9 fixing the guide rail 4.

Note that the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment. For example, as shown in FIG.
Letter-shaped grooves 11 may be provided on the upper and lower sides of the protective glass 3, and the fixing member is not limited to the butterfly bolt of the above embodiment, but may be provided to prevent the protective glass from protruding from the side from the guide rail. A rotatable fixing member 13 for fixing may be provided on the left and right frames supporting the window glass. Further, in the above embodiment, the window glass was shown in front of the driver's seat, but it goes without saying that it may be used on the side or rear side.

Effects of the invention In this way, this invention not only improves forward visibility by double-glazing the windows, but also
Compared to wire mesh, it has better translucency and is brighter, which eliminates the difficulty of seeing from the driver's perspective due to reflected light reflecting off the window glass from the rear. Also, since the glass is double-layered, it has excellent insulation properties, making it safer for drivers. In addition, cleaning can be easily carried out by simply moving the protective glass, the window glass and the entire surface of the protective glass can be easily cleaned, and furthermore, the cleaning can be performed safely because it does not come off from the guide rail due to the restraining member.
