流れによるエネルギーロスを最小限にして、しかも高い
圧力変動を得ることができる。なお、本実施例では、水
平パスする鋼板Sの上下面を同時に処理する例を示して
いるが、本発明はこれに限定されず例えば帯鋼のパス方
向の水平、鉛直を問わずまた、帯鋼の片面毎の独立処理
