内部にはスクリユ11を備えるとともに、同シリ
ンダ2の内部は射出シリンダ3の前端部上部に設
けたホツパー12に連通せしめ、また、加熱シリ
ンダ2の外周部には内部の成形材料を加熱・溶融
せしめるヒータ13を付設してなる。一方、射出
シリンダ3にはホツパー12に連通する材料供給
路14を冷却するための冷却水路15を設け、こ
れにより、スクリユ11に至るまでの成形材料が
加熱シリンダ2からの熱伝達の影響で溶融し、塊
状となつて材料供給の円滑性を欠く弊害を防止し
ている。

せることが不能、又は著しい時間がかかる問題が
あつた。

を設けた構造が採用されているが、いずれも加熱
シリンダ2における加熱温度が高温となつた場合
には、十分な放熱防止効果を得れない難点があつ
た。

けるとともに、空間部4又はその近傍における加
熱シリンダ2側に、例えばバンドヒータ5或は棒
ヒータ6を利用した加熱手段を設けたことを特徴

持部3aの上部に設けたホツパー12に連通す
る。また、加熱シリンダ2の外周部にはヒータ1
3を付設し、加熱シリンダ2の加熱を行うととも
に、射出シリンダ3にはホツパー12に連通する
材料供給路14を冷却するための冷却水路15を
設ける。

ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形機の

成形機の射出装置。 4 加熱手段は加熱シリンダの軸方向に長い複数
の棒ヒータを用いたことを特徴とする請求項1記
