摺動面とし、枠組みを摺動させてできる中央の開
口部を開閉して、前記開口部を通過する棒状生地
を切断するように構成するとともに、前記ハウジ
ングの少なくとも一辺に、枠組みとハウジングと
のすきまを調節する調節装置を設けて行うもので
ある。
