Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate supplying and dehydrating sewage by supporting a press plate and a lower roller by a connecting arm and providing a means opening/ closing and rocking the press plate. 水機に関するものである。 〔従来の技術〕ローラと、このローラ外周面に配設さ
れ、ローラ外周面に圧接可能としたプレスプレートとよ
り成るし渣脱水機として実公昭58−41034号公報
に開示されたものがある。 〔発明が解決しようとする課題〕上ローラとプレスプレ
ート間にし渣を供給するためには上ローラを偏心させる
か、上ローラ表面にし渣送り込み用の切込みを設ける必
要があり、上ローラの構造が複雑となる。また上ローラ
表面の切込みにし渣が付着すると、し渣を上下ローラ間
へ供給する機能が低下するなどの欠点がある。 〔課題を解決するための手段〕本発明は上記目的を達成
するためになしたもので、プレスプレートと下ローラと
を連結アームにて軸支し、かつこのプレスプレートと下
ローラをともに上ローラに圧接する手段を連結アームに
備えると共に、プレスプレートを開閉揺動させる手段を
設けることを要旨とする。 〔実施例〕以下本発明を図示の実施例にもとづいて説明
する。図において1はし渣を供給し圧縮脱水するし渣脱
水機の本体フレームで、この本体フレーム1内に所要の
径と強度を有するし渣脱水用の上ローラ3を収納し、か
つその両端に配した軸受31,32を介して回動自在に
本体フレーム1に支持する。この上ローラ3の支軸33
の一端にスプロケットホイール34を固定し、本体フレ
ーム1に設けた駆動装置2のスプロケットホイール21
と前記ホイール34間にチェン22を張架し、上ローラ
3を所要の回転数にて回転駆動せしめる。この上ローラ
3の外周表面で、かつ上ローラ3の両端位置に開閉用カ
ム35,35を突設し、この開閉用カム35が上ローラ
3の回転に追従して後述するプレスプレート4に備えた
ローラ5及び下ローラ6と接触するようになす。前記プ
レスプレート4は上ローラ3の外周面に沿うように円弧
形に屈曲され、その下部を軸P1を介してT字形をした
連結アーム7の一端に軸支し、かつプレスプレート4の
上端にシュート10の下端を揺動可能にして配設する。
またこの連結アーム7の他端には軸P2を介して下ロー
ラ6を回動自在に軸支し、この下ローラ6を上ローラ3
に接するようにする。連結アーム7の下端は軸P3を介
して揺動アーム8の一端に枢支されると共に、揺動アー
ム8は軸受81、軸82を介して本体フレーム1に揺動
自在に支持される。さらに揺動フレーム8の他端には重
錘9を設けて、この重錘9の作用にてプレスプレート4
及び下ローラ6を上ローラ3の外周面に圧接するように
なす。またプレスプレート4には上ローラ3のカム位置
に接触する位置にローラ5を設け、このローラ5が上ロ
ーラ3のカム35と接触するとき、上ローラ3とプレス
プレート4間に隙間が生じ、し渣がシュート10を経て
この開いたプレスプレート4と上ローラ3間に供給され
るようになす。プレスプレートを開閉揺動させる別の手
段として、上ローラ3の回転軸33とプレスプレート4
間にクランク軸を設けることや回転軸33に偏心カムを
設けてプレスプレート4と接続した操作棒を前記偏心カ
ムに接触させるものを使用することができる。なお揺動
アーム8に重錘9を設けて下ローラ6の上ローラ3への
圧接力を得るようにすることにより保守・メンテナンス
を簡単にしているが、この重錘9の代わりにバネ、シリ
ンダ等を用いて連結アーム7を直接その下方向より上ロ
ーラ側に向かって押圧するようにすることも可能であ
る。 股下ローラ6の外周面の一部に近接して排出シュ
ート11を設けて上ローラ3と下ローラ6間にて圧縮脱
水されたし渣を該排出シュート11を経て本体フレーム
1外へ排出されるようになす。次に本発明のし渣脱水機
の運転につき説明する。し渣はシュート10を介して上
ローラの開閉用カムでリンクプレート4との隙間が生じ
るとき投入される。そしてプレスプレート4と上ローラ
3との間で圧縮されて一次脱水した後、上ローラ3と下
ローラ6との間に供給され、そこで二次脱水される。連
結アーム7には重錘9により下から押し上げる方向に力
が働き、連結アーム7は上ローラ3の開閉用カム35に
て揺動自在となる。 従ってプレスプレート4と下ロー
ラ6はそれぞれ連結アーム7により上ローラ3との間で
隙間を生じたり、接触したりする動きを繰り返す。そし
