の取付部3aを保持させるもので、同ウエザスト
リツプ3のシールリツプ3bをドアガラス4の縁
部に圧接される。そして同リテーナ2の車外側フ
ランジ2aの一部には略根元から切欠き8が形成
してあり、この切欠き8の車外側にほぼ沿つてガ
ラスホルダ5の中間部5aを差し通すことができ
る。また、ガラスホルダ5の基部5bは、従来と
同様に、リテーナ2の底部2dに重合されて取付
ネジ7で車体パネルに固定されるが、同ガラスホ
ルダ5のフツク部5cはドアガラス4の運動軌跡
内に介入した状態で閉鎖状態のドアガラス4の車
外側に位置して負圧によるドアガラス4の吸出さ
れを抑止する。また、フツク部5cの先端部は、
切欠き8の下方のウエザストリツプ3の車外側部
分の下側に廻り込んでいる。これにより、切欠き
8部分では、リテーナ2はウエザストリツプ3を
保持していないが、フツク部5cの先端部がこの
部分のウエザストリツプ3を保持することができ
る。なお、第1図及び第2図の符号“9”は緩衝
用被覆ゴム、符号“2c”は車外側フランジ2aに
