は困難であるため環状屈曲補助鉄筋を整然と密接
して種重梱包することは困難であつた。そのため
ベンダーによる90度屈曲作業に際し隣接補助鉄筋
が離反しないように番線で結束しその状態でベン
ダーにかけて90度屈曲作業を行い番線結束作業に
時間と労力を要し屈曲作業能率の阻害要因となつ
ていた。

挟持する。そして第4図に示すように一端部をピ
ン6の回りに直角に屈曲させても直立した隣接鉄
筋4,4は相互に係り爪3,3によつて挟圧され
ているため隣接鉄筋4,4が離反して開くことは
なく密接状態のまま直角に曲げられる。この動作
によつて定寸切断鉄筋4は複数揃えられたまま第
5図に示すように方形環状に屈曲形成されそのま
ま結束状態に保持され梱包される。

は折返すことなく1重に形成される。∧状屈曲部
2にはロ図に示すように1又は2回の巻回コイル
部2′を形成し、係り爪3,3は両端部ともに2
重に折返されても良い。そして該係り爪3,3は
第2図に示すように対向方向に弧状に彎曲3″し、
先端を反対方向に若干屈曲させるものである。鉄
筋4には第7図に示すようにエンボス部4′が形
成され係り爪3,3は該エンボス部4′に引掛つ
て鉄筋4の長手方向にずれることはない。尚図中
5で示すものは建築物の主鉄筋である。
