下防止装置を提供するものである。

心力により外方へ突出するように回転盤に軸支さ
れた複数個のウイング6と、突出時のウイングと
係合する位置に配置されるピン7を一体に有し、
前記係合により揺動するトリガー8と、ばね9に
より付勢された状態でトリガーに係止され、揺動
時にトリガーから外れ、ばね付勢力により所定方
向へ突出する制動体10及び該制動体が圧接可能
な昇降経路に沿つて設けられたレール11とを備
えた構成によつて達成することができる。

31はフツク30と係脱する係止部で、制動体上
部に左右2箇所設けられている。制動体10は一
対のガイドレールの間隔と等間隔の一対の縦杆3
2を有する略門型に形成され、且つ中心に吊設さ
れたガイド杆33をビーム26に上下可能に挿通
し、ビーム下端とガイド杆下端のばね受34との
間に縮設されたばね9により、常時下向きに付勢
された状態で上部フレーム25に架装され、この
状態ではガイドレール11の制動面35から僅か
に離れ、作動時に制動面35に圧接する制動爪3
6を各縦杆32の下端に設けている。37は縦杆
下端と制動爪36とを連結するリンク杆、38,
