(Prior art) An example of a conventional paperboard counting and accumulating device of this type is shown in the seventh example.
As shown in FIGS. 9 to 9, paperboard 1 which has been grooved, creased, glued and bent in the previous process is fed in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 7 and stacked on a hopper 2. The front and rear walls of the hopper 2 are composed of a gate assembly 3, a squaring plate 4, and a sheet support 5. Through the gap between the conveyor 6 and the lower part of the gate assembly 3, the sheets are sent out one by one along the belt surface at a speed approximately equal to the speed at which the sheets are sent from the previous process to the hopper 2.

The paperboard 1b sent out from the conveyor 6 is fed into a stacker conveyor 7. The stacker conveyor 7 is connected to a feed conveyor 6 at the entrance so that the paperboard 1b is easily fed into the lower part of the paperboard group 1c.
It's more expensive. Further, a phototube 12 is provided at the entrance of the stacker conveyor 7, and the number of passing sheets is counted by blocking light by passing the paperboard. Then paperboard 1
b advances until it hits the fixing rod 10, and the paperboards entering one after another are stacked from below. When a predetermined number of paperboard groups have been counted, the intermediate stop bar 11 is raised above the stacker conveyor 7 surface (FIG. 8) to stop the next paperboard coming in.

Next, when the paperboard is loaded and stacked at a height that allows it to be extruded, the intermediate stop rod 11 is further lifted (FIG. 9),
A bundle formed of a predetermined number of sheets passes over the fixing rod 10 and is pushed out by a pusher 9 to a discharge conveyor 8 installed at a higher position than the fixing rod 10. The pusher 9 can freely move up and down in the vertical direction, and its mounting height is higher than the surface of the stacker conveyor 7 and approximately coincides with the upper surface of the fixing rod 10. However, in this device, the paperboard is stopped by the intermediate stop bar 11, and the fixed stop bar 1
Since a bundle is formed at 0, it is difficult to align the leading edges of the paperboards, and the bundle is easily disordered.

Further incoming paperboard pushes up the stacked paperboard group, and while the formed bundle is being discharged by the pusher 9, the pusher 9 also jumps up at the same time as the bundle dances.
There were drawbacks such as the bottom layer of paperboard coming off the bottom edge of the pusher 9, making it impossible to obtain the correct number of sheets (especially when conveyance is rapid and high-speed operation is performed). This state is represented in FIG. 9 by a broken line. Furthermore, this device has the drawback that the pusher 9 is located approximately at the height of the upper surface of the fixed stopper bar 10, and the fractional number of paperboards remaining on the surface of the stacker conveyor 7 after the work is completed cannot be automatically discharged.

Next, another conventional paperboard counting and accumulating apparatus shown in FIGS. 10 to 12 will be explained. Since it is the same as above until it enters the stacker conveyor 13, the explanation will be omitted. Now, the paperboard 14a moves forward on the stacker conveyor 13 until it hits the stop plate 15,
The paperboards 14a that enter one after another are stacked from the bottom. When a predetermined number of paperboard groups have been counted, a separating plate 16 is introduced below the formed bundle 14b (the 11th
(Fig.), it separates from the paperboard 14a that enters next.
Further, as paperboard enters and is stacked up, the separation plate 16 rises, and when the stacked group is pushed out beyond the height of the stop plate 15 and stacked to a predetermined height, the pusher 17 placed facing the separation plate 16 Upon arrival (12th
(Fig.), a bundle formed into a predetermined number of sheets passes over a stop plate 15 and is pushed out by a pusher 17 to a discharge conveyor 18 installed at a position higher than the stop plate 15.

However, in this device, the incoming paperboard pushes up the stacked paperboard group, and while the formed bundle is being discharged by the pusher 17, the pusher 17 is also raised at the same time as the bundle dances, and the lowest layer of paperboard is also pushed up from the lower end of the pusher 17. There was a drawback that the sheets would come off and the number of sheets would not be accurate (especially when conveying quickly and operating at high speed).
This state is shown in FIG. 12 by a broken line. In addition, the pusher 17 is located almost at the height of the upper surface of the stop plate 15, and there is a drawback that the fractional number of paperboards remaining on the surface of the stacker conveyor 13 after the work is completed cannot be automatically discharged.

(Means for solving the problem) Therefore, the present invention counts the paperboards fed one by one by the conveyor device at the entrance, and at the end of the stacker conveyor, counts the paperboards fed one by one at the stacker conveyor surface. By stopping the movement of the paperboard with a stop plate that is fixed vertically so as to protrude, the paperboards that are sequentially supplied are stacked in such a way that they are hidden at the bottom of the stacked paperboards, and every time a predetermined number of paperboards are stacked. In a counting accumulation/discharging device that bundles the bundles and pushes them onto a discharging conveyor that has a conveyance surface at a higher position than the stacker conveyor surface and the upper end of the stop plate for the next process, a vertical bar and its lower end have a tip. A pusher consisting of a paperboard separation claw mounted horizontally so as to protrude; and a detection device for detecting the leading edge of a subsequent paperboard after the last paperboard of a predetermined paperboard bundle is introduced into the stacker conveyor; After being actuated by a detection signal and advancing the pusher to an intermediate stop position of the air cylinder with a locking device and inserting the separating claw into the lower side of the paperboard stack, a predetermined number of subsequent sheets are stacked under the separating claw. Pusher pushing means comprising an air cylinder with a locking device that releases the locking device when the leading end of the paperboard is detected and pushes the pusher toward the discharge conveyor while moving the separating claw above the lower paperboard; The separating claw is comprised of a pusher lifting device that is driven to support and lift the lower part of the stacked paperboard bundle on the upstream side in the conveyance direction, and this is used as a means for solving the problem.

(Function) A paperboard separating claw is provided at the tip of the pusher that pushes the formed bundle onto the discharge conveyor, and an air cylinder with a locking device that can be stopped at an intermediate position is provided as pushing means for the pusher, and the pushing stroke of the pusher is controlled by the pusher. The first stage is the separation stroke from the start to just before the stacked paperboards to separate the paperboards being stacked into a predetermined number of sheets, and the second stage is to separate the formed bundle when the next paperboard is stacked at a height that can be extruded. The discharge stroke is divided into two stages from the intermediate stop position to the stroke end for extrusion onto the discharge conveyor.
Separation and ejection can be carried out accurately and easily with one set of devices, and the separating claw is attached to support the trailing edge of the bottom layer of paperboard in the formed bundle, and is inserted during ejection of the bundle with a pusher. The push-up of the incoming paperboard prevents the tip of the pusher from coming off the bottom layer of paperboard when the pusher is raised, and a pusher lifting device is provided to prevent each of the incoming boards of the next bundle from coming off. While discharging the preceding bundle so that the tip of the paperboard does not interfere with the separating claw, the first one of the stacks of paperboard at the bottom is
In order to prevent sheets from being carried away, the pusher is held at a height that allows the sheets to be pushed out during separation and discharge, and an elevating sheet holder is installed just before the stop plate installed on the stacker conveyor surface. The scrap paperboard remaining on the top is automatically discharged by the pusher device and the lifting device.

Subsequent paperboards are inserted and stacked under the formed bundle, but are stacked under the separation pawl 39. A separation between the two parts of the bundle is thus effected. Furthermore, when the following paperboard (for example, N+5 sheets) comes, the brake of the air cylinder 41 with a locking device is released by the detection signal of the leading edge of the paperboard, and the cylinder 4
1 operates to push the pusher 40 and push the bundle supported by the separating claws 39 to the lower part of the discharge conveyor 29. The discharge operation timing of the pusher 40 is the second
It is determined by the number of stacked sheets of paperboard that arrives at the height of the stop plate 28 in the hopper 30, but since the thickness differs depending on the type of paperboard, the pusher 40 The discharge operation timing is electrically controlled.

During this operation, as shown in FIG. 5, the separating pawl 39 moves at a position higher than the lower stacking level while supporting the rear part of the formed bundle, and the separating pawl 39 does not touch the first sheet of the lower stacked paperboard. Not in contact. The lower stack is therefore not affected by the discharge operation of the upper stack. After the formed bundle is discharged, the air cylinder 41 is retracted, the pusher 40 returns to the retracted position, and the separating claws lower to the initial standby position shown in FIG.

(Effects of the invention) As explained in detail above, the present invention has a paperboard separation claw provided at the tip of the pusher, and an air cylinder equipped with a locking device that can be stopped at an intermediate position in the extrusion means of the pusher. Evacuation can be performed accurately and easily with one set of devices. In addition, the separating claw supports and pushes out the bottom layer of paperboard while discharging the bundle, so even if the pusher rises due to the pushing up of the incoming paperboard, the bottom layer of paperboard will not come off, and the predetermined number of sheets will remain accurately aligned without breaking. It can be pushed out onto a discharge conveyor. Furthermore, a pusher lifting device is installed,
By lifting the bundle during separation and discharge, it is avoided that it interferes with the leading edge of each incoming paperboard of the next bundle, and the preceding bundle is held by the first sheet of the lower stack of paperboards during discharge. You can eliminate things. Further, by raising the sheet tray and automatically discharging the remaining fractional paperboard by means of the pushing means and lifting device of the pusher, there is no need to carry it away by hand.

[Scope of Claim for Utility Model Registration] (1) The paperboards fed one by one by the conveyor device are counted at the entrance, and at the end of the stacker conveyor, a vertical shape is formed so as to protrude upward from the surface of the stacker conveyor. By stopping the movement of the paperboard with a stop plate fixed to the paperboard, the paperboards that are sequentially supplied are piled up so that they are hidden at the bottom of the stacked paperboards, and each time a predetermined number of paperboards are stacked, they are bundled and pushed. In the counting accumulation/discharging device that extrudes onto a discharging conveyor that has a conveying surface at a higher position than the stacker conveyor surface and the upper end of the stop plate in the next process, a horizontal bar is placed so that the tip protrudes from the vertical bar and its lower end. A pusher consisting of a paperboard separating claw attached to the stacker conveyor, and a detection device that detects the leading edge of the following paperboard after the last paperboard of a predetermined paperboard bundle is introduced into the stacker conveyor, and are activated by the detection signal. After the pusher is advanced to an intermediate stop position of the air cylinder with a locking device and the separating claw is inserted into the lower side of the paperboard bundle, the leading edge of a predetermined number of subsequent paperboards stacked under the separating claw is When detected,
pusher pushing means comprising an air cylinder with a locking device that releases the locking device and pushes the pusher toward the discharge conveyor while moving the separating claw above the lower paperboard; and the separating claw conveys the stacked paperboard stack. A paperboard counting, collecting and discharging device comprising a pusher lifting device that is driven to support and lift the lower part on the upstream side in the direction. (2) Immediately in front of the stop plate, an elevating sheet receiver is provided, which cooperates with the pusher pushing means and the pusher lifting device to discharge the fractional paperboard on the stacker conveyor after the operation is completed. A paperboard counting, accumulating and discharging device according to claim 1 of the utility model registration claim.
