[Industrial Application Field] This invention relates to an easy-to-open sealed container for packaging foods, etc. [Prior Art] Easy-to-open sealed containers, such as cup-shaped containers, are used as packaging containers for foods, etc. . In such a container, the sealed packaging container can be opened by peeling off the lid, etc., and can be used as tableware. Therefore,
Easy-to-open sealed containers are required to have both sealing properties that allow the contents to be hermetically stored for a long period of time, and easy-to-open properties that allow the containers to be opened easily with a simple operation using little force. Various types of easy-to-open sealed containers have been developed in the past. For example, the sealing lid is made of a laminated material, and the material that forms the sealing surface with the container body is selected to reduce the adhesive force between the container body and the lid. These include things that can be made peelable by doing so. [Problem to be solved by the invention] In such a peelable, easy-open sealed container, if the adhesive strength between the container body and the lid material is weakened too much in an attempt to improve the ease of opening, the sealing performance will be impaired. be exposed. Regarding this sealing property, please refer to the Ministry of Health and Welfare notification in 1985.
No. 20 stipulates that the heat sealing strength between the container body and the lid material is 2.3 kg/15 mm or more for "containers and packaging for pressurized and heat-sterilized foods packed in containers," and if this regulation is to be met, peel sealing is required. Sexuality is damaged. Various types of easily openable sealed containers have been proposed to solve this problem, but all of them have complicated structures and are expensive. This invention was made in view of the above circumstances, and it combines the contradictory characteristics required of an easy-to-open hermetically sealed container, namely easy-to-open and sealing properties, while also having a simple structure and low cost. The purpose is to provide an easy-to-open sealed container. [Means for Solving the Problem] Corresponding to this object, an easily openable sealed container of the first invention includes a container body having a flange at the upper end and a lid that is adhered to the surface of the flange to seal the container body. The flange has a folded part in at least a portion thereof, and the folded part connects to the upper end of the body of the container body and extends outward from the upper end of the body, and the flange an upper wall that is folded back from the outer edge of the lower wall, overlaps the upper surface of the lower wall, and is bonded to the lower wall at the overlapping surface; The easy-open sealed container of the second invention is characterized in that the adhesive force is smaller than the adhesive force with the flange surface, and the easy-open sealed container of the second invention has a container body having a flange at the upper end and a sealing area on the flange that can be peeled off to the container body. a lid adhered to seal the container body, the lid having a tab adhered thereto, the tab having one end located outside the sealing area and the other end located inside the sealing area to seal the container body; The adhesive is bonded across the areas with an adhesive force greater than the adhesive force in the seal area, and has rigidity against the force required for peeling. [Function] The easy-open sealed container of the first invention configured as described above is provided with both easy-opening and sealing properties. In other words, the adhesive force between the lid and the flange can be set to be smaller than the specified value, for example, 1.5 kg/15 mm or less, to make the seal easy to open.In this case, the sealability is determined when internal pressure is applied to the easy-open sealed container. The folded part peels off before the seal part of the lid, and the wall of the folded part is expanded in the axial direction, increasing the internal volume of the easily open sealed container and reducing the internal pressure, which causes the lid to peel off. It does not act as a force, but can withstand more internal pressure. In other words, it has sealing properties. Moreover, the easily openable sealed container of the second invention configured in this manner is provided with both sealing performance and easy opening property. In other words, this easy-open sealed container can be sealed with the prescribed seal strength to provide airtightness. In this case, easy-opening is achieved by attaching a rigid tab that straddles the seal area. By pinching one end of the tab and pulling it in the direction of peeling the lid (Figure 6a), use a lever using the other end inside the seal area as a fulcrum (Figure 6b) to peel off the lid and the tab together. This makes it possible to stably open the container with sufficient sealing performance with less force (FIG. 10). [Example] Hereinafter, details of this invention will be explained with reference to drawings showing an example. In FIGS. 1, 2, and 3, reference numeral 1 indicates an easily openable sealed container of the first invention. The easily openable sealed container 1 consists of a container body 2 and a lid 3. The container body 2 has a flange 4 that goes around the upper end, and the lid 3 is adhered to the surface 4a of this flange 4 to seal the container body 2. The flange 4 has a laminated structure of a surface layer 6 and a folded portion 5. The folded part 5 is formed around the entire circumference of the flange 4 to almost fill the width of the flange 4, and the folded part 5 is connected to the upper end 7a of the body 7 of the container body 2 over its entire circumference, and is connected to the upper end 7a of the body 7 of the container body 2. an annular lower wall 5a that extends horizontally outward from 7a; and an upper wall that is folded back from the outer edge 5b of the lower wall 5a, extends inward, overlaps the upper surface 5c of the lower wall 5a, and has approximately the same outline as the lower wall 5a. 5d, a lower wall 5a and an upper wall 5d.
are bonded to each other at their overlapping surfaces 5c and 5e. The surface layer portion 6 is connected to the inner edge 5f of the upper wall 5d of the folded portion 5, is folded back from the inner edge 5f, extends outward, overlaps the upper surface 5d of the upper wall 5d, and overlaps the upper surface 5d of the upper wall 5d.
The upper wall 5d and the surface layer 6 are bonded together at their overlapping surfaces 5g and 5h, and the upper surface of the surface layer 6 constitutes the upper surface 4a of the flange 4. What is important here is that the surface 5 of the folded portion 5
The adhesion force of c, 5e is the surface 4 of the lid 3 and flange 4.
This is to make the adhesive force smaller than the adhesive force with a. Thereby, the internal pressure applied to the easily openable sealed container 1 peels off the adhesive part of the folded part 5 before peeling off the adhesive part of the lid 3, so that the sealing performance of the lid 3 is not impaired. As a method of realizing such a magnitude relationship of adhesive strength, for example, the container body 2 is made of a multilayer sheet of thermoplastic resin, and the surfaces 5c of the folded portion 5,
5e and the upper surface 4a of the flange are selected, and the adhesive strength when the inner materials are bonded together by heat sealing is determined by the adhesive strength when the inner material and the cover material are bonded together by heat sealing. The adhesive strength should be lower than that when As a combination of such materials, for example, polypropylene can be used for the inner surface material, and a blend material of 60% polypropylene and 40% polyethylene can be used for the lid material (inner surface). FIG. 5 shows a method of manufacturing the container body 2. First, the mold 11 creates a container shape in which the lower wall 5a, the upper wall 5d, and the surface layer 6 of the container body 2 are separated from each other without being bonded to each other, that is, the lower wall 5a and the upper wall 5
d, the upper wall and the surface layer 6 have an outer edge 5b and an inner edge 5f, respectively.
These form a continuous container wall 10 that is vertically positioned in the direction of the ring 8, and the surface 5
c and 5e are shaped to become the inner surface of this container wall (Fig. 5a). For this purpose, part of the mold 11 may be made into a split mold 11a, and the portion above the lower wall 5a may be formed by the split mold 11a. Next, the split mold 11a is removed (FIG. 5b), and a curved shape 3 is formed on the top surface of the remaining mold 11b.
The two layers (lower side wall 5a, upper side wall 5d, surface layer 6) are pressed and bonded to each other by the hot plate 12 and the mold 11b (Fig. 5c), trimmed to the contour of the flange 4, and then released from the mold 11b. Remove (Figure 5d). In addition, in Figures 6, 7, and 8, 21
is an easily openable sealed container of the second invention. The easily openable sealed container 21 includes a container body 22 having a flange 24 at the upper end, and a sealing area 25 on the flange 24.
The lid 23 is removably heat-sealed to the container body 22 to seal the container body 22. By selecting the inner material 23a of the lid 23 and the sealing conditions, such a peelable seal is realized. The configuration up to this point is the same as before. A tab 26 is attached to the lid 23. Tab 2
6 is bonded across the seal area 25 with one end 26a located outside the seal area 25 and the other end 26b located inside the seal area 25. Adhesion methods include double-sided adhesive tape, heat sealing (Figure 9),
Hot melt or the like can be used, but in any case, the adhesive force of this tab 26 is greater than the adhesive force in the sealing area 25 of the lid 23.
It is important that the lid 23 has such rigidity that the lid 23 can be peeled off integrally with the tab 26 from the container body 22 by pinching one end 26a and using the other end 26b as a fulcrum. The material of the tab is preferably metal, plastic, or paper board. The easily openable sealed container 21a shown in FIG.
Heat-seal the tab to the inner surface of the lid 23 so that the heat-sealed part of the tab straddles the sealed part of the container.
A is folded back, and when the lid is peeled off, the tab is used as a lever, which is the same as the easy-open sealed container 21. [Experimental Example] (1) An easily openable sealed container of the first design was molded as follows, and its openability and sealability were examined. Container body: Opening diameter 63mm using plug-assisted pressure forming using a multilayer sheet with a thickness of 0.8mm.
Molded with a bottom diameter of 55 mm and a height of 25 mm. Inner surface material: As the inner material of the multilayer sheet, a blend material of 60% polypropylene and 40% polyethylene with a thickness of 30 μm was used. Lid material: PET/nylon/polypropylene (12 μm/15 μm/50 μm), polypropylene was used as the sealing surface material. (Results) 1 The adhesive strength between the inner materials was measured and was 1.0.
Kg/15mm. 2 Measurement of adhesive strength between container body and lid material
It was 1.5Kg/15mm. 3. Easy-openability When the lid material was peeled off from the sealed container, the openingability was very good. 4. The seal strength (heat seal strength) of the easy-to-open sealed container was measured in accordance with Ministry of Health and Welfare Notification No. 20, and it was 5 kg/15 mm or more, and there was no problem with sealing performance. This is because, as shown in FIG. 4, the lower wall 5a and upper wall 5d of the folded portion 5, which were peeled off first, are opened to nearly a right angle due to the tensile force of the measurement.
This is because the sealing surface 4a becomes nearly parallel to the direction 13 of the tensile force, and the peeling force is distributed over the entire sealing surface 4a. (2) A second easy-to-open sealed container was created by attaching a tab to the conventional product, and its unsealability was tested in the following manner and compared with the conventional product (the conventional product is already sufficient in terms of sealability). ). Conventional product Container body: PP700μ~500μ round cup Lid material: PET/aluminum foil/polypropylene (12μm/9μm/50μm) Sealing conditions: 200℃ - 2 seals, 1 cooling seal Contents: Chicken rice 30g Retort: 120 °C - 30 minutes Second design of easy-to-open sealed container Tab material composition: 2.0 mm thick, polypropylene Tab adhesion method: Double-sided adhesive tape unsealability test (a) Opening direction 135°, pulling at 300 mm/min. The stress-strain curve was examined and the graph shown in FIG. 10 was obtained. Here, opening A (initial stage), opening B (middle stage), and opening C (final stage) are the operations shown in Figure 6 b, c, and d, respectively, and the tab dimensions are 2 mm thick and 25 mm thick.
It is 30mm wide and 30mm long. Ease of opening has been significantly improved compared to conventional products. In addition, when a panel of 10 people conducted an openability comparison test, 10 out of 10 people answered that the easy-to-open sealed container of the second design was easier to open. Ta. (b) Table 1 was obtained by measuring the force required for opening A, opening B, and opening C when the dimensions (width, length) and arrangement of the tabs were varied. l in Table 1,
l 1 and l 2 are the dimensions of the portion shown in FIG. In both cases, the force required for opening A is that of the conventional product (No. 7)
The force is significantly smaller than C, and the force gradually increases toward opening C, making it easy to control the force.
