These are useful when changing from steel tracks to elastic tracks when working on a place where the road surface should be protected (e.g. asphalt road surface). ,
(Until then, the rubber track system required replacing idlers, sprockets, and wheels.) Elastic crawler tracks made it easy to replace the endless tracks without the need to replace idlers, sprockets, and wheels. is suggesting.

[Means for Solving the Problems] According to the present invention, the above-mentioned problems are solved by the following cast-in reinforcing metal fittings elastic crawler track. That is,
The parts corresponding to the pins and bushes of the steel crawler track are constructed from a metal reinforcing metal element having a hook-shaped section having a hook-shaped cross section and an engaging section having a cross-sectional shape that can be engaged with the hook-shaped section, and Adjacent reinforcing metal elements are connected so as to be bendable in the longitudinal direction of the track by contact engagement between the hook-shaped portion of one reinforcing metal element and the engaging portion of the adjacent reinforcing metal element, and the reinforcing metal elements are , a cast-in elastic crawler with reinforcing metal parts, which is formed by being cast into an elastic body that is integrally connected in the longitudinal direction of the track.

[Function] In the present invention, by casting reinforcing metal fitting elements into the elastic body, it is possible to prevent the elastic body from weakening or permanently deforming. Furthermore, the structure can be simplified because it does not rely on the complicated connection structure of pins and bushes as in the conventional steel crawler track, but simply relies on the connection of key-shaped reinforcing metal elements. Since the reinforcing metal fitting, which is made up of a connection of reinforcing metal fitting elements, is cast-coupled to the elastic body, most of the effects peculiar to the elastic crawler track, such as noise reduction, are maintained as they are.

It is formed into a box shape with the upper part (in the figure) open. When this box-shaped reinforcing metal element 1 is viewed along the - line in Fig. 1, it becomes as shown in Fig. 2, and as is clear from Fig. 2, the reinforcing metal element 1 has an almost U-shape. The U-shaped part 2, the hook-shaped part 5 formed at the end of the U-shaped leg 3 of the legs 3 and 4 on the side corresponding to the U-shaped opening end, and the other leg 4 of the U-shaped part. It has an engaging portion 6 consisting of an end portion on the side corresponding to the U-shaped opening end. The hook-shaped portion 5 is formed by bending the end of the leg 3 on the U-shaped open end side in a direction opposite to the direction in which the leg 3 extends and extending it short. The engaging portion 6 is formed at the tip of the leg 4 by making the length of the other leg 4 slightly shorter than the length of the leg 3 so that it can engage with the hook-shaped portion 5.

As shown in FIG. 2, the reinforcing metal element 1 is connected to an adjacent reinforcing metal element (the reinforcing metal element indicated by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 2) and a reinforcing metal element adjacent to the hook-shaped portion 5 of one reinforcing metal element. By contact engagement with the engaging portion 6 of the metal fitting element, the fitting element is connected so as to be bendable in the longitudinal direction of the track.

The reinforcing metal fittings made up of the connected reinforcing metal fitting elements 1, 1, . The elastic body 7 is integrally connected in the longitudinal direction of the track. Elastic body 7
is made of, for example, urethane rubber. In FIG. 2, the elastic body 7 is shown by a two-dot chain line, and the connection relationship between the reinforcing metal fittings and the elastic body 7 is also shown. The reinforcing metal element 1 has an inner circumferential side of the track exposed from the elastic body 7, and thus can directly contact the rollers at the roller contact surfaces 8, 8 shown in FIG. In addition, as shown in FIG.
Each tooth meshes together. A hole 11 for removing mud is bored in the connection part 10 between the legs 3 and 4 of the U-shaped part 2 of the reinforcing metal element 1, and the elastic body 7 is not provided in the part corresponding to the hole 11.

By casting the reinforcing metal fittings connecting the reinforcing metal fitting elements 1, 1..., the contact surface of the elastic crawler belt with the idler, sprocket, and roller becomes the reinforcing metal fitting element 1, and the contact part with the idler, sprocket, and roller becomes sagging, Cracking is prevented.
Further, due to the connection of the reinforcing metal fitting elements 1, 1..., no elongation or permanent strain occurs in the longitudinal direction of the crawler track. Further, the reinforcing metal element has a hook-shaped portion 5.
Since it has a simple box shape with an engaging portion 6 and an engaging portion 6, complicated pin and bush shapes like conventional steel crawlers are not required for connection. This simple configuration is based on the elastic body 7 of the reinforcing metal element 1.
This makes casting connection possible and easy. These actions also lead to the effects described below.

(c) With conventional elastic tracks made only of elastic materials, the surfaces that touch the rollers are deformed and the corners are crushed.
In this way, the contact surface with the roller is not uniform,
When the rollers passed, they caused vibrations, which caused the main body of the aircraft to vibrate, making it less comfortable to live in. However, with this invention, the reinforcing metal fittings are used, so there is almost no deformation, and the situation is less likely to deteriorate over time. Never.

(ニ) かくして、履帯の寿命も向上する。(d) Thus, the life of the tracks is also improved.
