In recent years, the banking industry has become more mechanized and deposit and withdrawal operations have been automated, allowing users to deposit and withdraw deposits using devices such as automatic teller machines, instead of writing them in a passbook. For each use, various usage statements are issued from devices such as automatic deposit/withdrawal machines.

In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a continuous envelope, and the continuous envelope 1 consists of an upper envelope sheet 2 on which the recipient's address and name are printed, a lower envelope sheet 3, and a sheet of paper 4 that becomes a file book. An opening perforation 20 is formed on one side of the top envelope 2 and the bottom envelope 3 by applying adhesive s to the peripheries of the top envelope 2 and the bottom envelope 3 and pasting them together. An envelope body 5 is formed which can be opened by tearing off the envelope body 30, and the sheet 4 is made by folding a cover piece 6 and a mount piece 7 together through a fold line 40 extending in the longitudinal direction of the envelope body 5. It is interposed between the paper 2 and the envelope bottom paper 3 and is disposed within the envelope body 5. As shown in FIG. 1, an adhesive piece 8 is provided on one side of the mount piece 7 of the sheet 4 through a cut-out perforation 70, and the cut-out perforation 70 is connected to the opening perforation 20. , 30, and this adhesive piece 8 is adhered to the envelope bottom paper 3 via adhesive s. The main body 5 is provided so that it can be opened and the paper sheet 4 can be taken out. Further, the paper sheet 4 has a copying structure so that predetermined items written on the top of the envelope can be copied. Note that the paper sheet 4 may be bonded by gluing the paper sheet 4 and the envelope top sheet 2, and also gluing the paper sheet 4 and the envelope bottom sheet 3 at the same position, as shown in FIG. 2B. .

In manufacturing the envelope 1 having the above structure, as shown in FIG. 3, while pulling out a continuous envelope top sheet 2a in which a plurality of envelope top sheets are continuous, glue is applied to the four peripheries of each of the back surfaces of the envelope top sheets. While gluing is applied using device A, a plurality of continuous paper sheets 4a are pulled out in an open state, and punched out from the sides of the cover piece 6 using punching device B. On the other hand, the mount piece 7 which has a longer width has a crease 40.
A plurality of consecutive paper sheets are formed via the fourth
(see figure). Then, the continuous paper sheet 4a is fed into the folding device C to fold the backing paper piece 7 into the cover piece 6 (see Fig. 5), and then conveyed through the slit D while cutting off one marginal punch section, and then to the cutting device E. Then, the continuous paper sheet 4a is made into a unit sheet 4b, and the continuous envelope bottom sheet 3a is glued at the edge along the transport direction of the surface of the envelope bottom sheet in a gluing device F, and the continuous envelope top sheet 2a and the continuous envelope are glued. Bottom paper 3a
The continuous paper sheet 4b is sandwiched between the two and bonded together. Next, horizontal perforations are made by a perforation device G to obtain continuous envelopes 1a that can be separated into unit envelopes.

In the continuous envelope 1 of the present invention, after the envelope sender prints necessary information such as address and name on the front surface of the envelope top paper 2, the envelope is separated into unit envelopes and shipped. Envelope recipient opens envelope at opening perforation 20,3
If the envelope is opened from 0, the adhesive piece 8 of the sheet 4 can also be cut off from the perforation 70, and the sheet 4 can be taken out. The taken out paper sheets 4 are used as a file book by attaching a binding tool T to the binding hole a and sequentially binding the usage statement R as shown in FIG.

As explained above, according to the present invention, a sheet of paper that is folded in half and becomes a file book is interposed between the upper envelope sheet and the lower envelope sheet that are pasted together to form the envelope body. Since the adhesive piece provided on one of the sides perpendicular to the fold direction of the leaf is adhered to either the upper envelope paper or the lower envelope paper, a paper leaf whose vertical width is larger than the envelope body is provided inside the envelope body. In addition, by simply pasting the top and bottom sheets of the envelope together with a sheet of paper interposed between them, the sheet of paper can be inserted at the same time as the envelope itself, making envelope delivery operations easier. It has excellent sexual effects.
