Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a crack from being produced through the section of concrete by disposing two boards in parallel, spaced apart a predetermined interval, and embedding the boards, which are disposed in an overlapping relationship in an inward direction, in cocrete. CONSTITUTION:Two metal boards or two boards 1, 1 made from asbetos cement or synthetic resin are disposed in parallel to each other in an overlapping relationship in an inward direction and said boards are held at the predetermined interval by a bar-shaped connecting body 2 which is inserted in an outward direction, whereby a crack inducing means A is formed. Such means A is fixed in a form by means of reinforcing bars and binding wires and concrete is placed in the form to embed the means A in the concrete. As a result, cracks occurs along two offset lines and hence the cracks are not produced through the concrete, so that water and air is prevented from flowing through the concrete.

2. Description of the Related Art Reinforced concrete structures may crack due to drying shrinkage of concrete or temperature conditions. For this reason, in places where there is a high risk of cracking, instead of leaving the cracking to occur, intentional cross-section loss is required. I used to insert plates and pipes.

By the way, if there is a pressure difference between the two surfaces of the cracked reinforced concrete member, a fluid such as water or air flows, causing a water leakage accident and rusting the reinforcing bar. Therefore, in order to prevent water leakage accidents and to prevent rusting of reinforcing bars, a seal is attached to the joints.

EXAMPLE As the crack inducer A, two metal plates, asbestos cement plates or synthetic resin plates 1, 1 are arranged in parallel at a predetermined interval, for example 1 to 10 cm, and the plate 1,
The two plates 1 and 2 are shifted in the in-plane direction.
Reference numeral 1 is connected by a rod-shaped connecting body 2 which is inserted in the out-of-plane direction of the plate while maintaining a predetermined interval. Further, through holes 3 for attachment are formed at appropriate positions around the plates 1 and 1.

When arranging the inductor A as described above, the reinforcing bars 6 arranged between the molds B and the binding wires inserted through the through holes 3 are attached. Next, the inductor A is embedded in the concrete C by placing concrete C between the formwork B. Reference numeral 7 is a joint bar which is arranged if necessary.

According to the present invention, which has the above-described structure, the two plates are embedded in the concrete in a state that they are separated by a predetermined distance and are displaced from each other. , The two cracks are slightly offset. Therefore, it is possible to prevent water and air from flowing due to the cracks that do not penetrate, so that the water leakage phenomenon is eliminated and the rust of the reinforcing bar can be prevented.
