Has a large number of sound absorbing holes 3, and is a perforated plate, a mesh plate, or the like. As the material of the surface plate 2, wood materials such as lauan plywood, solid wood, medium density fiberboard, urethane, acrylic, etc. Synthetic resin material, aluminum, stainless steel,
Examples include metal materials such as iron, gypsum boards, calcium silicate boards, inorganic materials such as slate boards. Examples of the breathable thin film body 4 include non-woven fabric, fibrous cloth, woven fabric, breathable paper and synthetic resin sheet. The breathable thin film body 4 is adhered to the lower surface of the surface plate 2 over the entire surface via an adhesive layer 6. The sound absorbing base material 1 is formed of an inorganic porous material such as rock wool or glass wool, a synthetic resin foam such as urethane foam, steel wool, or aluminum foam. A sound absorbing space 5 larger than the sound absorbing hole 3 is provided on one surface of the sound absorbing base material 1 so as to correspond to the sound absorbing hole 3. In the case of this embodiment, a sound absorbing groove 7 and a sound absorbing recess 8 are further provided at the bottom of the sound absorbing space 5. A thin film body 4 is adhered to the sound absorbing base material 1 by an adhesive layer 6. The sound absorbing composite panel A thus formed is used as a ceiling material or a wall material for an acoustic room or the like. And the sound is absorbed from the sound absorbing hole 3,
The sound absorbing holes 3 and the sound absorbing space 5 constitute a resonator, are absorbed by the thin film body 6, are further absorbed by the sound absorbing base 1, and are effectively absorbed.

Since a sound absorption space larger than the size of the sound absorption space is provided, the sound absorbed from the sound absorption hole can be absorbed by the thin film body and can be absorbed by the resonator composed of the absorption hole and the absorption space, which is far superior to the conventional one. The sound absorbing property is obtained.
