板面同士が擦れあって、鋼板の両面にスリ疵が生じる。
このため優れた品質の超光沢度鋼板が得られず、スリ疵
の程度によっては、スリ疵発生部分の鋼板をスクラップ
にする必要があり、製品歩留りの低下を招いていた。特
に、製造コストが通常の鋼板に比べて高い超光沢度鋼板
においては、スクラップ量をできるだけ少なくすること
