[Conventional technology] It is often used as a rational method to create gutter on both sides of the road that receives and drains rainwater, etc., by manufacturing each unit length of concrete in advance and connecting them on-site.

Gutters usually come in two types: one type has a U-shaped cross section that connects two side plates with a floor plate at the bottom, and the other type has a cross-sectional engagement surface that connects only the ends at the top with a horizontal member. The latter is a technology developed to allow the slope of the bottom of the gutter to be adjusted freely and to withstand the heavy pressure of vehicles on the road, and is disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 56-51113, and is sometimes abbreviated as the adjustable slope type. .

[Problem that the invention aims to solve] What can be said about all side ditches, including the conventional technology some of which are cited here, is that all roads are assumed to be straight, and consideration must be given to accommodate vertical slopes. However, it is not considered that they are necessarily able to respond immediately to the road conditions in Japan.

As is well known, many roads in Japan are planned and constructed in accordance with urban planning, but the majority of roads are based on curved roads from before the war, and can accommodate side ditches on such curved sections. No concrete products found. Therefore, the only way to deal with this problem was to manufacture gutters specially designed to match the curves in a factory, or construct individual gutters that matched the curvature at the construction site as one piece each time.

It is clear that this has significantly reduced the high efficiency that was achieved in the straight sections, and is a major impediment to labor saving in the overall construction work.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention has the following features:
The aim is to provide a precast concrete secondary product that can be applied to all types of road gutters, regardless of whether they are curved or straight.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The precast concrete gutter according to the present invention includes a horizontal member that connects two side plates in parallel at the upper part;
Or, it has engaging surfaces at both ends of the floor plate connected at the lower part, and one of the engaging surfaces has a horizontal step in the center and horizontal steps at different horizontal heights on the left and right sides, and the above three surfaces are recessed. Horizontal steps having different horizontal heights are provided in a convex manner, tapered holes are formed in each of the three horizontal step surfaces, and the other engagement surface is rotatably engaged with the step horizontally. The above problem was solved by providing a recessed step and drilling a tapered hole corresponding to the tapered hole.

More specifically, in order to make the steps freely rotatable, the steps on the sides connecting the center step and the left and right steps should form a tapered surface toward the center, or the center step and the left and right steps should be tapered toward the center. It has also been shown that the most desirable embodiment is to shift the centers of each of the tapered holes bored in the direction perpendicular to the engagement surface.

[Function] The side gutter according to the present invention engages the convex part and the concave part of the horizontal step in the center, and by fitting a taper pin whose top and bottom are tapered in common into each taper hole, the straight part is formed. It plays a connecting role.

Next, if the road is curved, a curved side gutter must be formed following this curve, but a common taper pin should be fitted into only one of the taper holes of the left and right steps, and this pin should be inserted into the taper hole. When rotated horizontally as an axis, the steps engage with each other, while the other connects by drawing a circular arc with a radius of curvature equal to the distance between the pin holes to form a desired curve. In order for two adjacent side gutters to rotate in the horizontal direction, it is possible if the steps on the sides connecting the center step and the left and right steps fit loosely, and this is the simplest. However, if a close-contact level difference is desired, if both of these side level differences are tapered toward the center, it will be possible to rotate while sliding on the contact surface. Strictly speaking, ideally this taper is a circular arc along the curvature.

In order to ensure smooth rotation, it is also a preferred embodiment to slightly shift the center positions of the pin holes in the center step and the pin holes in the left and right steps.

[Example] Examples will be described below based on the drawings. Figure 1 shows a side gutter 1 in which two side plates 14, 14 are erected in parallel and integrally connected at the upper part by horizontal members 10A, 10B.
Since the bottom is poured with concrete separately, the slope of the gutter can be set freely.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the taper pin 2, which has a shape in which two truncated cones are connected at their large diameter portions, and is inserted into the taper holes 15 and 16. The taper pin 2 is made of hard and tough synthetic resin, metal, etc., and has a shape that has the largest cross-sectional area at the joint surface where the most strength is required, so that it cannot be easily removed once inserted into the taper hole.

FIG. 3 to FIG. 6 show a precast concrete gutter 1 with adjustable slope. Tapered holes 16A and 1 are provided in the convex engagement step surfaces 11A and 12A, respectively.
5A, and the center of the tapered hole 16A is shifted from the center of the two tapered holes 15A by a dimension P toward the main body. Tapered holes 16B and 15B are provided in the concave engagement step surfaces 11B and 12B, respectively, with their centers aligned. This is because when the taper pin 2 is inserted into the taper hole 16A and connected to the taper hole 16B, there is almost no space between the end surfaces 18A and 18B, so the side grooves are connected in a straight line, and the taper hole 1

9A and 9B and FIGS. 10A and 10B show refractive joints, and either one of the taper pins 22 or 23 is used. Since the gap T that occurs at this time is larger than the gap P at our site, it does not pose a hindrance to traffic, but it is preferable to fill it with concrete for the sake of appearance.

If the slope-adjustable precast concrete gutter 1 is bent and connected, the end face of the joint part of the side wall 14 will be
Interval T occurs. This prevents water leakage by attaching an elastic gasket to the gasket groove 17. Also, this connection looks unreliable because it uses a single guide pin, but after hypothesizing a straight or curved line, concrete is poured at the bottom to shape the slope freely, and as the concrete hardens, the connection part is also included. This creates a solid, one-piece side gutter that maintains sufficient strength.

[Effects of the invention] Precast concrete gutters can be applied to both straight road gutters and curved road gutters, so special gutters that match curves can be manufactured at a factory, or formwork can be installed on site. This has the effect of reducing the high cost, long construction period, and large work space that would otherwise be required, such as constructing side gutters to match curved lines.

そして勾配自在の昨日は十分に発揮する。 And yesterday, where the slope is freely adjustable, it is fully demonstrated.
