Abstract

PURPOSE:To shorten construction period by mutually joining steel reinforcements through a notch part opening to the end face of a foundation constructing block structure, steel reinforcements adjacent in a notched part and a connecting element having an inserting through hole to join the block structure. CONSTITUTION:Block structures are continuously mounted on a revelling concrete bed block with a joining element 8 inserted through a block structure A and its steel reinforcement 7 on the one side. The steel reinforcement 7 on the other side of block structure A is then inserted through the connecting element 8, and a projection 4a on the end face 3a of the block structure A on the one side is fitted in a recess 4b on the end face 3b of the block structure A on the other side. A nut 9 is threadedly engaged with the thread part 7a of the steel reinforcement 7 through the opening parts of notched parts 5, 6 in a rising part 2 and a footing part 1 to mutually join the reinforcements 7. Mortar is placed in the notched parts 5, 6 to join them. Thus the structure can be simplified in its joining.

Therefore, in recent years, the foundations of houses, etc. are made of precast concrete foundation block structures that are pre-formed in factories, etc., and these are installed at the construction site to save and simplify the work at the construction site. In some cases, construction methods have become more common.

The block structure has a cast-in-place foundation divided perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction of this foundation.
When installing this on a foundation at a construction site, it was necessary to connect and install multiple block structures. and,
When joining block structures, for example, a joint metal fitting having an insertion hole for inserting a bolt is embedded in the end of the block structure, and these block structures are bolted facing each other, or The block structures to be joined were joined by welding reinforcing bars that penetrate and protrude along the length of each block structure.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Incidentally, by manufacturing the foundation in advance as a foundation construction block structure in a factory etc., it is possible to save labor and simplify the work at the construction site. When joining block structures with bolts, the positions of the joint hardware of the block structures to be joined must be aligned with high precision, otherwise the insertion holes of the joint hardware may be misaligned and the bolt may be inserted. The problem was that it was not possible.

Then, the block structures are connected and placed on this base. At this time, insert the reinforcing bars of the previously placed block structure into the insertion hole of one of the coupling tools, and when placing the next block structure, insert the reinforcing bars of this block structure into the coupling tool. are inserted into the other insertion hole from the opposite direction of the reinforcing bars, and placed so that these reinforcing bars are adjacent to each other in the notch of the block structure. Then, nuts are screwed into each end of the reinforcing bars, and the nuts are tightened to fasten the reinforcing bars to each other via the coupling tool. At this time, since adjacent reinforcing bars are connected via coupling tools, there is a wide tolerance for misalignment of reinforcing bars and misalignment of reinforcing bar length, and the reinforcing bars are fastened by screwing together different nuts. Therefore, even if the position or direction of the reinforcing bars is slightly shifted, the screws will not be able to screw together and it will not be difficult to fasten the reinforcing bars.

On top of this base, self-leveling mortar is poured so that the top surface becomes naturally level when poured. Then, before this mortar hardens, the block structure A is placed on top of the mortar in a continuous manner. At this time, the block structure A to be joined
, A is inserted into one of the reinforcing bars 7. Then, the reinforcing bars 7 of the other block structure A are inserted through the coupling tool 8, and the protrusion 4a of the end surface 3a of one block structure A is fitted into the recess 4b of the end surface 3b of the other block structure A. At this time, even if the position of the reinforcing bar 7 is slightly deviated from the predetermined position, the reinforcing bar 7 will not bend or bend because the protruding part 4a and the recessed part 4b are aligned instead of inserting the reinforcing bar 7 through the connector 8. By doing so, it can be inserted into the insertion hole 8a of the coupling tool 8. Furthermore, even if the end surfaces 3a and 3b of the block structures A and A that should be joined are slightly shifted due to distortion of the base or the bottom surface of the block structure A,
The reinforcing bars 7 can be inserted through the coupler 8 in the same manner as in the state where the reinforcing bars 7 are displaced. Furthermore, since the ends of the reinforcing bars 7 are not joined, even if the lengths of the reinforcing bars 7 are slightly deviated, the connection of the reinforcing bars 7 is not affected.

And, the notch part 5 of the two-piece part 2 and the two-piece part 1,
A nut 9 is screwed into the threaded portion 7a of the reinforcing bar 7 from the opening 1 of the reinforcing bar 7, and this is tightened with a spanner or the like to fasten the reinforcing bars 7 and 7 together via the coupling tool 8. At this time, rather than directly screwing the coupler 8 onto the reinforcing bar 7, the reinforcing bar 7.
Since the reinforcing bars 7.7 are connected to each other via the connector 8 by screwing nuts 9°9 into each of them, the reinforcing bars 7.7 may bend or bend, causing the adjacent reinforcing bars 7, 7 to Even if the direction is slightly deviated, it will not be an obstacle to fastening the reinforcing bars 7.7, and the block structures A, A can be easily joined.

[Scope of Claims] A foundation footing placed on the foundation and a rising portion provided on the foundation footing and on which a superstructure such as a house is placed are integrally formed and connected to form the foundation. A joint structure for joining together foundation construction block structures that are installed on top of each other to form the foundation of a house, etc., the notch being provided on the end faces of the block structures to be joined to each other and opening on the side. and a coupling tool extending longitudinally through the block structures to be joined to each other within the notch, adjoining reinforcing bars within the notch, and having insertion holes through which these adjacent reinforcing bars are respectively inserted. The foundation is characterized in that the coupling device is inserted through adjacent reinforcing bars from opposite directions, nuts are screwed together from the ends of these reinforcing bars, and these nuts are tightened to fasten the reinforcing bars to each other. Joint structure of building block structures.
