Conventional technology For example, cylinder heads for DAT are generally made of A-Si alloy containing a high percentage of Si to prevent wear due to contact with magnetic tape, but the surface may corrode due to environmental factors. , may cause discoloration. For example, in automotive DATs in particular, rapid temperature changes can cause condensation, which easily corrodes and discolors the cylinder head surface. Therefore, surface treatments such as chromate treatment are sometimes performed on the cylinder head in order to improve the moisture resistance of the surface.

In actual use, the above-mentioned jigs are used by stacking a plurality of jigs vertically in multiple stages. Therefore, the jig frames are made to be stackable so that they do not move relative to each other during stacking, and
In order to prevent the precision drum from falling off the drum support member when immersed in the processing liquid, it is preferable to provide support that forms the upper end of the drum support member of the lower jig frame and the bottom of the upper jig frame. The distance between the crosspiece and the lower surface is set to be shorter than the height of the precision drum.

As a result of the above, the cross-sectional shape of the upper rod-shaped fitting part of the drum support member is formed into an irregular cross-sectional shape that makes point contact with the circumscribed circle, so that the upper rod-shaped fitting part fits into the shaft hole of the precision drum. In the combined state,
The inner circumferential surface of the shaft hole and the rod-shaped support portion are in line contact with each other, and a gap is formed through which the processing liquid can flow. Moreover, since the contact is made in a line, there is no possibility that a large amount of processing liquid remains in the vicinity of the contact area due to capillary action. In addition, the lower support part that supports the precision drum has a shoulder surface that is inclined diagonally downward toward the outside, and a drainage groove that extends radially outward is formed on the shoulder surface. The lower surface also makes line contact with the above shoulder surface,
A large amount of processing liquid does not remain between them due to capillary action, and the processing liquid flowing down from between the inner circumferential surface of the shaft hole of the precision drum and the upper rod-shaped fitting part is drained into the inclined drainage groove. It flows out smoothly through the tube. As a result of the above, the processing liquid is prevented from dripping from the precision drum after immersion, and the removal of the processing liquid can be suppressed.

The support members 3 are provided upright at each intertwined portion of the support bars 5. In order to facilitate mounting of the precision drum 9 on the drum support member 3, the support bars 5 are arranged so that their intertwined portions are maintained at appropriate intervals.

As shown in FIG. 2, the drum support member 3 includes an upper bar-shaped fitting part 6 that can be fitted into the shaft hole 10 of the precision drum 9 from the upper end, and an upper bar-shaped fitting part 6 that is connected to a lower part of the upper bar-shaped fitting part 6. The lower support portion 7 has a larger diameter than the upper rod-shaped fitting portion 6. The precision drum 9 has an upper bar-shaped fitting part 6 in its shaft hole 10.

The cross-sectional shape of the upper rod-shaped fitting part 6 needs to be formed into an irregular cross-sectional shape that makes point contact with the circumscribed circle, and therefore, for example, as shown in FIGS. It is formed into a polygonal cross-sectional shape such as a regular hexagon. By providing such a cross-sectional shape, when the upper bar-shaped fitting part 6 is fitted into the shaft hole 10 of the precision drum 9, the shaft hole 1
A gap 15 is formed between the inner circumferential portion of the cylindrical member 0 and the rod-shaped support portion 6 so that the processing liquid can freely flow therethrough. Moreover, since the two are in line contact, there is no possibility that a large amount of processing liquid remains in the vicinity of the contact area due to capillary action. In addition, since it is in line contact,
The treatment liquid sufficiently spreads to the inner circumferential surface of the shaft hole 10 of the precision drum 9, making it possible to perform surface treatment without unevenness.

Note that as the polygonal cross-sectional shape, a triangular to octagonal shape can be suitably adopted. If the shape exceeds the octagonal shape, the gap 15 becomes smaller and the flow rate of the processing liquid becomes smaller, and the amount of processing liquid remaining due to capillary action increases, resulting in a tendency for more processing liquid to be taken out. Therefore, it is undesirable.

The upper rod-shaped fitting part 6 can also be formed into a star-shaped cross-sectional shape in which each side of an equilateral triangle, square, or regular hexagon is depressed inward, as shown in FIGS. . In this case, it is possible to secure a larger gap 15 between the inner circumference of the shaft hole 10 and the upper rod-shaped fitting part 6, thereby improving the communication property of the processing liquid, and at the same time making contact with the inner circumference of the shaft hole 10. By increasing the contact angle at the corners, the amount of processing liquid remaining due to capillary action can be further reduced, and the drainage performance of the processing liquid can be improved.

As shown in FIG. 2, the shoulder surface 8 is inclined obliquely downward toward the outside, and has a drain groove 11 formed therein that extends radially outward. As a result, the precision drum 9 is brought into line contact with the shoulder surface 8 on the lower surface, and a large amount of processing liquid does not remain between them due to capillary action, and the processing solution is sufficiently applied to the lower surface of the precision drum 9. Furthermore, the processing liquid flowing down from between the inner peripheral surface of the shaft hole 10 of the precision drum 9 and the upper rod-shaped fitting part 6 passes through the inclined drainage groove 11. It is smoothly leaked to the outside. Furthermore, since the shoulder surface 8 is inclined diagonally downward toward the outside as described above, there is an effect that the precision drum 9 can be stably supported. In addition, the drain groove 11
The size, number, etc. of the tubes are appropriately set in consideration of the flowability of the processing liquid.

Further, as shown in FIG. 2, it is desirable that the tip of the upper bar-shaped fitting portion 6 be formed into a tapered shape 13.
By doing so, the shaft hole 10 of the precision drum 9 and the upper rod-shaped fitting portion 6 can be easily fitted, and this can contribute to improving the overall work efficiency of surface treatment.

The drum support member 3 is preferably made of a material that does not damage the precision drum 9 and has good durability against the processing liquid. For example, precision drum 9
When the drum support member 3 is made of a Si-A alloy containing a high percentage of Si and is subjected to chromate treatment, it is preferable that the drum support member 3 is made of a hard synthetic resin, such as Bakelite resin.

Further, the jig frame 2 can be stacked in multiple stages in the vertical direction, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4. In order to prevent relative movement during stacking and maintain a stable stacked state, displacement regulating pieces 16 are provided on the upper outer surface of each side wall 4 of the jig frame 2 in an upwardly protruding state. It is being As a means for preventing relative movement when the jig frames 2 are stacked, a displacement regulating piece 16 as described above is used.
In addition to using this method, other known means may be employed, such as forming stepped portions that fit into each other at the upper and lower ends of the side wall 4. In addition, the jig frame 2 has a distance t 1 between the upper end of the drum support member 3 and the lower surface of the support bar 5' that constitutes the bottom of the jig frame 2' stacked on the upper stage, and the height t of the precision drum 9. It is formed to be shorter than 2 . By doing this, even if the precision drum 9 floats up during the process of being immersed in the processing liquid, it will come off from the drum support member 3 by coming into contact with the lower surface of the support bar 5' of the jig frame 2'. It is prevented from falling off.
