(Prior art) Generally, this type of container has an opening at the top and a hole in the side wall for handling, so rainwater can be removed during transportation in cold regions or storage in a warehouse. , snow, cold wind, etc. may directly hit the products inside the container. For this reason, kraft paper,
Cold protection paper made of paper materials such as cardboard and paperboard, or
Cold protection sheets made of synthetic resin sheets such as PSP (polystyrene paper) are fitted over the openings of containers to prevent rainwater, snow, cold wind, etc. from directly hitting the products, thereby preventing contamination, freezing, and damage to the products. We are trying to prevent this and maintain the quality of our products.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) By the way, in the conventional technology, cold protection paper made of paper material is made by simply punching out cardboard into a rectangular shape and integrally forming the top part and the flap part, so it is difficult to avoid wind pressure and There is a problem in that it easily comes off from the container due to vibrations etc. during transportation.

On the other hand, a synthetic resin cold protection sheet is made up of a top surface, a flap, and a protrusion that protrudes from the flap and engages with the handle hole of the container, and has heat retention and water resistance. It has the advantage that it has excellent durability and does not easily come off from the container due to the engagement force of the protrusion, and is often used in place of conventional cold-proof paper.

However, cold weather sheets are disposable, and large amounts of cold weather sheets must be discarded every day at retail stores, but because they are made of synthetic resin, they must be disposed of as industrial waste. First, there is the problem of placing a heavy burden on retailers. Another disadvantage is that printing multicolor advertisements on synthetic resin sheets is technically expensive.

Reference numerals 19, 19, 19, 19 are a pair of band-shaped rising parts located on both sides of the handle hole 17 in the length direction and provided from the top surface part 12 to each flap part 14, and each of the band-shaped rising parts 19 A pair of notches 19A, 19A formed in parallel from the surface portion 12 to the flap portion 14, and a pair of notches 19A, 19A located in the top surface portion 12 and the flap portion 14, and provided to connect opposite ends of the pair of notches 19A, 19A. Fold line part 1
9B and 19C form a belt shape with a predetermined width, and the facing fold line part 19B on one side is mountain-folded, and the facing fold line part 19C on the other side is designed to be valley-folded.

Next, 20, 20 are a pair of folded flaps formed on the boundary between the top surface section 12 and the flap section 14 so that each flap section 14 can be bent approximately 90 degrees downward relative to the top surface section 12. At the line part,
The flap fold line portions 20 are arranged in a direction perpendicular to the band-like rising portions 19, except for the portions of the band-like rising portions 19.

On the other hand, 21, 21, 21, 21 are located on the flap part 14 side of each flap folding line part 20 and are formed in each of the band-shaped rising parts 19 in parallel with the flap folding line part 20, respectively. In the line portion, each rising fold line portion 21 is connected to the flap portion 1.

The cold protection paper 11 of this embodiment has the above-described structure, and is manufactured by punching and embossing a cardboard base paper. Therefore, the function of the cold protection paper 11 will be explained next.

First, in order to fit the cold protection paper 11 into the opening 2 of the container 1, each flap part 14 is bent below the top part 12 via each flap folding line part 20,
Each flap part 14 can be inserted into the container 1 along each inner surface of the front wall part 1A and the rear wall part 1B.

By the way, since the band-shaped rising portion 19 provided from the top surface portion 12 to each flap portion 14 has the other side opposing fold line portion 19C formed on the flap portion 14 side, the flap portion 14 is formed around the flap portion fold line portion 20. When folded, the opposite folding line portion 19C on the other side also extends a distance L 1 from the flap folding line portion 20.
Try to rotate with a radius of . At this time, since the band-shaped rising portion 19 is separated from the top surface portion 12 and the flap portion 14 by the notches 19A, 19A on both sides, the band-shaped rising portion 19 itself is also separated by a distance L from the opposite fold line portion 19B on one side. Try to rotate with a radius of 2 .

However, since the distance L 2 between the one side opposing fold line section 19B and the other side opposing fold line section 19C is longer than the distance L 1 between the flap fold line section 20 and the other side opposing fold line section 19C. , the other side opposing fold line portion 19C
If the flap part 14 attempts to rotate together with the flap part 14, the difference between the distances L1 and L2 must be absorbed. Therefore, the band-shaped rising portion 19 is bent in a dogleg shape with the rising fold line portion 21 as the apex, and the band-shaped rising portion 19 is bent at the top surface portion 12.
Flap portion 14 bent at nearly 90 degrees
It will be in a state where it protrudes outside.

In this way, when the cold protection paper 11 with the band-shaped rising portions 19 protruding from the outside of the flap portion 14 is fitted so as to be slightly pushed into the container 1, each band-shaped rising portion 19 will fit into the handle hole 3 of the container 1. ,
It will engage with the upper side of the mouth rim 3A of No. 3 (the fourth
(see figure). Moreover, as shown in the figure, the tip side of the flap part 14 is inserted into the gap between the front wall part 1A (rear wall part 1B) of the container 1 and the beer bottle A, and its movement is restricted. The band-shaped rising portion 19 also does not easily come off from the handle hole 3.

(Effects of the invention) The present invention is as described in detail above, and includes a band-like rising part that rises outward when the flap part is folded from the top surface part, and the band-like rising part is used to handle the container. Because it is configured to engage with the hole, it can prevent the product from coming off the container due to wind pressure or vibration during transportation, which is the case with conventional cold-protecting paper made of paper materials, and prevents products from getting dirty or being damaged. It is possible to maintain the quality of the product.
